Our local neighborhood pizza joint always hits the spot! Donairo and his crew always provide great service and the food is consistently delicious. Love that you can half-half your pizzas to get the best of two worlds. I always order the Fresh Garlic Bread sticks with Cheese. It comes with marinara sauce, but without it it’s still so cheesy good. The garlic and basil flavors are light if you’re worried about it being overpowering. Tried the pasta for the first time and it was just as good as the pizza. Whatever you’re craving, Donairo’s is sure to please!

In the month of August 2019, I was scheduled to work near Doairo's. My first experience was positive. During the first visit I ordered the Chicken Pesto. Everything was good about the Chicken-Pesto; taste, ingredients and temperature.

Best pizza ever! I have never had such great pizza in the past 6 years ever since going vegan. I had a gluten-free crust and the pizza was amazing perfect amount of vegan cheese nice and hot. Service was excellent. Vegetables were really fresh. We will have to come here every time we come to the city. My husband eats meat and he thoroughly enjoyed his meal as well he had a calzone and a slice of pizza. We were both very happy with our meal.

My friends and I were craving pizza so we decided to stop here after our hike. We got the combination pizza. As you can see from the photos we almost finished the whole pie. The employees were all kind and attentive. Clean location. I can't say enough good things

Pretty average veg gourmet pizza. Not much flavor going on, the sauce could have used a few more spices. Decent pricing for the size though. Tried their Alfredo pasta - lacking flavor, which even chilli flakes couldn't salvage.

This review is for the size of individual slices. They are very small. Usually the pizza taste is good... Although if you buy a slice chances are it's been under the heat lamp for a long time and you know what that means. But I don't have an issue with that because I know what I'm getting into when I order a slice from under a heat lamp, especially from a place that must not have very much foot traffic. My complaint is that the slices are very small as I already stated. I would rather go to Tony's and get a gargantuan slice for a dollar 50 more of the best pizza I've ever had in my entire life.

Delicious pizza worth every penny! Best cheese sticks I've had in years and the owner had a mix up and gave us more. When he brought them we let him know we had already received our order and he laughed and said it was on the house. Highly recommend.

It was absolutely delicious, a little oily but that may have been our preference.

This pizzeria is owned by an amazingly nice man. His pizza is hand made to order. We got the XL Pepperoni pizza and it was awesome. The owner treated us like family and we greatly enjoyed his food and the family atmosphere. Our kids loved the food and the owner. Great people and great place.

I came by on a quiet Tuesday evening after my run, the owner greeted me welcomely. He made sure my pizza slice was hot and ran the kitchen with careful instinct while I enjoyed the pesto chicken pizza that was more than rewarding on a cold foggy night on an empty stomach. The pizza slice was fulfilling and I watched the owner cook up my buffalo wings from scratch. This was an unbeatable experience at a warmly familiar neighborhood staple that I would love to come back for more

I kept thinking about to this place for a Whole day, so the next day My Brother and I went. And the food was simply Simply Amazing 👏🏾

Very disappointing. Their product is very inconsistent. My most recent pizza was dry as the box it came in and incorrectly topped. I have ordered 3 times from Donario's this review is the sum of my experiences. 2 of the 3 times my pizza was topped without at least one of the items ordered items. Please note, I have been charged regardless. When I have asked to have a credit back for pour execution, I've been offered credit for a single topping which was never documented and thus couldn't be applied. I have taken the time to share my experiences with the owner who, rather indifferently, implied "Our pizza style may not be for you." My response is: Hot and topped as ordered is "my style." I like supporting local business and live in the neighborhood. But a poorly executed pizza made in a house whose owner is indifferent should not go undocumented. If you're in the Richmond district and want a good honest pizza, there's a very good pizzeria at Geary and 20th Ave and another wonderful, more gourmet alternative on 23rd between Clement and California. Both of these restaurants take pride and ownership in their products. The decision is yours. Enjoy your next pizza -D

This has become our go-to pizza place. Just a solid slice but people there are always so sweet. We've always done take out but there are a few tables there and pizza by the slice is an option.

Pizza was great! Wings were a little on the small and dry side but still delicious. Would definitely order from again if I ever find myself in the area again.

Parking is a hit or miss. But the pizza here and the Hawaiian pizza they make is delicious!! Didn't have time to tke a pic of the Hawaiian. Also their staff is kind. Everything is freshly made as soon as you order.

Some of the best food that I’ve EVER had. The pasta is heavenly. But the customer service makes you feel like you’re visiting a relative for dinner.

Great local pizza restaurant! The Extra Large 1 Topping special is a great deal. We normally get a pepperoni, and it is tasty! We don't need to go to any other pizza restaurant, given that this place is so close to our place in the outer Richmond district. Every time we get the pizza, it's always hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked! Kudos to the ownership and the pizza makers. Also, the owner seems like a great guy, for the last time we went in, he had an enthusiastic demeanor and had a warm greeting of "it's good to see you". I highly recommend this place!

Pizza was good and affordable for California. Unfortunately the furniture was a bit old and the furnishings were cold and there was no toilet either The seller was nice and attentive
