Please be careful for the younger kids. My daughter is 4 and got stuck in the second tier of the 3 tiered climbing structure. (It is the only way to get down the large silver slide.) The ropes are spaced too far apart for little legs to climb. There is no way to get back down except retracing your steps. Thank goodness another mom was able to climb up and help escort my daughter down to safety. I think this structure is poorly engineered and needs some modifications.

If this was me a month back I would give this 5 stars, but recently this really annoying guy who thought he was cool blasting his chinese music around riding his bike one day decided to talk to me and my friend and he started calling us friends next thing we know 2 days later he decides its a good idea to pee in public on the edge the basketball courts in front of us. Last Sunday I was at the park with my friend and his friends and we heard gunshots all of sudden and we managed to slip through the gate into longfellow Elementary school

Decided to take my daughter here after googling "the best slides in the Bay Area" and it didn't disappoint. Biggest slide I've ever seen.

Not a big playground but the giant slide is really amazing. And there is a small slide for little kids.

One of our favorite playgrounds in the Bay Area! The structure is so unique you won't see anything else like it.

Unique playground. Small, but lots of fun. Little shade though, wear a hat and bring sunscreen.

Very small park and play area. Extremely well maintained. One picknick table with clean bathrooms. Everything feels new. The 8, 11, and 13yo were very excited and entertained. Even I enjoyed it. The 4 other parents were very friendly & welcoming. 8 thumbs up from the four of us.

I used to play here with my younger brother and some of our friends about 20 years ago. It has undergone some fantastic changes judging from the photos I see. Brings back good memories of my younger days. I'm glad they City is taking good care of this park.

Beautiful playground, there's a basketball court, tennis court, baseball field, and a long slide with a challenging obstacle course to get through first.

This park is very unique with a very tall structure for kids to climb inside of. The park is not set up for very young kids though, so if you have kids of multiple ages, I wouldn't recommend since the toddler age is going to want to climb up on structures that aren't designed for their small size.
