restaurant
never
open
their
door.
You
have
to
read
the
menu
outside
in
the
cold,
order
the
food
through
the
window
then
waitress
open
the
door,
it's
really
not
very
welcoming!
We
want
to
dine
in
not
take
out,
where
is
the
hospitality?!
The
dining
area
environment
was
not
great
either,
there
are
boxes
piled
up.
We
ordered
seafood
noodle
soup
and
Vietnamese
crepe.
The
soup
was
terrible,
no
housemade
broth,
just
plain
water
and
MSG.
and
they
serve
the
herbs
in
the
zip
bag!
I
was
shocked!
even
when
I
eat
at
home
I
don't
eat
in
a
zip
bag.
If
the
food
was
amazing
I
won't
be
too
picky
about
the
service
and
experience
etc.
I
don't
feel
the
care
and
passion
of
this
restaurant
owner.
Myself
is
a
personal
chef,
how
to
present
food
,how
to
welcome
guest
from
your
heart
and
cook
with
love
and
care
are
my
deeply
concerned.
It's
one
of
very
rare
bad
Vietnamese
restaurant
in
Bay
Area!
