September 2023; Ordered food to go. Tried the vegetarian spring rolls, the chicken pho, and the pork vermicelli noodles. Everything was very tasty. Chicken pho tasted clean and flavorful. The spring rolls had a lot of ingredients and was excellent 👍. The pork was sweet and seasoned very nicely. Would definitely get all of the dishes again! Bumping up to five ⭐. 2019: Ordered a tofu salad, imperial rolls and a beef pho for lunch. Overall, was good and would come back again.

Beef vermicelli with the imperial roll was incredible! The perfect balanced dish, really filling and especially enjoyable when it’s hot outside too. Also it’s only a $12 corkage fee so if you want to bring your own wine, this is the place! Great spot, I’ll be back for the pho sometime when it’s cooler outside.

We really enjoyed our dinner here! We got the garlic noodles, shaken beef and bun bowl (vermicelli rice noodles) with bbq pork. I thought it was going to be chunks of pork or pork chop but it was thin slices of pork. But was still tasty. The shaken beef was so tender and flavorful. And the garlic noodles were good I especially liked the scrambled egg in it. The best part is that all 3 dishes came within 5min of ordering (how? They tasted freshly made and came super hot) and we were hungry

I have been here twice. If you are craving some good pho soup in SF, this is the best place. Pretty straightforward beef noodle soup, and the broth was delicious too, but what this place makes so special for me are the people who work there. Definitely coming back if I'm craving for some good beef noodle soup.

I came here for lunch and had the Garlic Noodles with Beef. It was delicious and it was a healthy portion. I enjoyed every bite. Fast service, tasty lunch and a fair price.

The food is always so flavorful and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and funny and it was just a wonderful time. We are visiting from out of town, so hate that we couldn't bring the leftovers back with us. Did I mention it was so tasty?! :)

Fresh and delicious Vietnamese food !! Very generous portions and the price are very reasonable. We had vermicelli bowls, yummy! The staff is super nice, they welcomed us warmly with our baby (had a high chair for him). We'll come back!

neighborhood vietnamese restaurant with friendly staff. recommend the lunch special ($15) which comes with a meat, rice, soup, salad and imperial roll. service is quick and food comes out quickly. overall, not the best vietnamese restaurant but hits the spot when in a pinch. five spice chicken lunch special: pleasantly surprised by the chicken, it was flavorful and cooked really well. soup was comforting - sweet and sour and spicy from the jalapeño pineapple combo. imperial roll was also pretty good.

Had the garlic noodles and added beef. The noodles themselves were good. It had some bits of egg that were actually very tasty. However, the beef lacked quite a bit of seasoning. It was definitely a generous portion of noodles compared to the beef added. They were not out of this world noodles but definitely something to try if you love garlic. The restaurant itself was quiet when we arrived as there weren’t many customers and they did not take very long to send out our orders.

First this restaurant never open their door. You have to read the menu outside in the cold, order the food through the window then waitress open the door, it's really not very welcoming! We want to dine in not take out, where is the hospitality?! The dining area environment was not great either, there are boxes piled up. We ordered seafood noodle soup and Vietnamese crepe. The soup was terrible, no housemade broth, just plain water and MSG. and they serve the herbs in the zip bag! I was shocked! even when I eat at home I don't eat in a zip bag. If the food was amazing I won't be too picky about the service and experience etc. I don't feel the care and passion of this restaurant owner. Myself is a personal chef, how to present food ,how to welcome guest from your heart and cook with love and care are my deeply concerned. It's one of very rare bad Vietnamese restaurant in Bay Area!

I highly highly recommend this place. It’s SO good & inexpensive. If you come before 2:30 and get there lunch special it is such a good deal. Everything is delicious. The staff is so nice & the place is very clean and organized. You HAVE to try this place. I highly recommend the lemongrass chicken lunch special. Thank you for everything!!

Came here with a group and we did takeout - it took around 20 min or so to get all of the food. Good: - Huge fan of the imperial roll and beef BBQ - really great flavor and just felt like it was a good portion size for even 2 people - The pho soup was really good too and the noodles were nice and chewy Bad: - Felt like the shaken beef wasn't really that tasty and I didn't really find it really good enough to even keep eating Overall enjoyed the food, really no frills place and felt like it was probably good for the price.

Went for lunch. They had people waiting outside for 10 min before seating in a fairly empty dining room. Felt like poor service from the start. Guess they don’t need my business.

So nice to have such a great Vietnamese restaurant so close. Old school, you have to call to order and go there to pick up which I quite like. Keeps the order very cheap. Tasty food and large selection.

I must say the portion size is large enough to share, you do get your money's worth in that department. But this is the most crabless crab fried rice I've ever had. This is not my first time eating here it has been three and a half years and it tastes like this place has gone downhill drastically. The rice didn't taste like anything and I mean absolutely nothing but rice I didn't taste seasoning or soy sauce I can even taste the vegetables that were in the rice. Then there's the part where it's crab fried rice but there's no crab, I'm sorry but I have to say this place is awful and they only got two stars from me because of the portion size.

Take out only during covid. Food portion & price is decent. Quality not so much. They only have yellow curry !! What happened to Red & Green. Curry was too thick. They probably added too much flour to it. Maybe because they dont want it to leak from the paper box. Overall food tasted stale. I will go back again only when they open indoor sitting for my final judgment.

Probably the best pho in the city. Rich soup that is super tasty with noodle. Sucks that they charge extra for fresh onions, but still really good pho.

Homey neighborhood joint serving a wide variety of Vietnamese staples. The lunch specials are a good deal. They are just starting to open up limited seating now.
