I love coming to Kells! It’s my favorite Irish Pub in the city and the guys behind the counter give you such a welcoming vibe. Liam is super friendly and makes amazing drinks. I come here at night when there’s music and everyone’s dancing. Their Irish drinks are really something! If you haven’t been before, I highly recommend. They have two floors, so if you want to just want to hang a chill night out, you can hangout at the tables upstairs, or if you want to really dance, head to the dance floor downstairs. Fits any vibe!

Stopped by for a quick drink before the theater. Excellent old fashion. Bartender was friendly. Will return. Might try the food next time.

Went on Saturday for a nightcap after my bday celebration! With family and friends. It was so much fun!!! The bartenders/personnel were awesome! The vibe was fun and welcoming, the music was good! Always a good time at Kells. I have to go back for some oysters!! Thank you everyone! Cheers!!

Classy Irish pub. We were looking for some dinner and beers. Many places have that but Kells offered a low key atmosphere. Just what we were looking for on this particular Saturday night.

I had the pleasure of spending our St. Patrick’s Day here. It’s a great spot for the true Irish feel. The food was delicious as well.

Phone was stolen here straight out of my bag, bartender and bouncer told me it's pretty common. Fun but at your own risk

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had my phone stolen out of my purse a few weeks ago, went to their Yelp and saw SO MANY people have had their phones and wallets stolen here. When I called to let the staff know what had happened they were super rude. The overpriced drinks and wall to wall crowds are not worth it.

House recommended Mahi Mahi with Mash potato and Mixed Vegetables. Excellent! There is a Large Selection of Liqueur on hand. Community Atmosphere Great Place!

Horrible experience, someone stole my LV wallet from my purse. Extremely crowded and difficult to breathe. Staff is not at all understanding or helpful. This place is known for pick pocketing and should be avoided at all costs.

Came here around 12 am to get some drinks and dance with friends. I actually really enjoyed the decor and vibe of this place - pretty nice and authentic looking inside. We actually got drink service pretty quickly once we got in (which surprised me because it was pretty busy) and the drinks weren’t exorbitantly expensive. This place was also cool cause there’s an upstairs and downstairs with a bar and different music on each floor so you can change up the vibe a little bit of one door or another isn’t doing it for you. Fun spot!

I enjoyed the dark wood furnishings and the seating in the basement. It was arranged very well for an evening comedy show.

Worst experience ever!!! We want to order drinks and this latino bartender i guess he might having bad day i get it but he got really rude and racist and we just didnt feel like spending a dime there. So good luck 👍

Super positive vibes here. I had so much fun and met so many awesome locals that I could tell were regulars that by the end of the night it felt like we were all from the same tribe! They have two floors, on both levels they play music and have 5 star bartenders. Highly recommend this spot if you're in the mood to be social, dance and have great drinks.

Ymmv... Kid friendly when we went after HH rush. Super great and attentive staff during our dinner. Could have been a slow night but it was great for us. Might be different for World Cup.

Place is nice, but bartender was weird and would randomly ignore people on purpose. (Not just a being busy thing)

If having an awesome time is your cup of tea, Kells knows how to brew it! Staff is on point and the drinks are reasonably priced for its location. The music they play fits the vibes like white on rice.

Thus is one special place. Whether it's for food or late night drinks. The staff is freaking awesome! Love it!

This was a great pub, tucked away just outside of Chinatown. What was refreshing was the prices. It was very reasonable and the food was fresh and delightful. On top of that, the staff who sat us (my wife and I, plus our 2 teenage kids) was warm, helpful and attentive. I would go back next time I'm in the area.

No cover charge to get in, two floors with different music if you’re not feeling one, and that’s about all I can say about it. It was late when I went so it was all music, not sure how it would be during the day for drinks, but the dancing was fun - too 100 hits, not typical club music. You’re also close to the transamerica pyramid which you should absolutely see after you’re done dancing.
