I had the eggs Benedict without any additional options. They were very good! Perfectly runny eggs and the hashbrowns were nice and crispy

Excellent service, ideal location, COVID-accommodating (masked service, paperless menu & payment, outdoor seating), beautiful, hearty, & plentiful servings!

The food was great, the place is nice, crowded on a Thursday morning, the only reason I am giving a 4 instead of 5 is the hospitality or welcoming service! We wished that it was better, but there was only one server in the whole place which is understandable!

Great value and best burger I’ve had in a while! The curly fries were also very tasty and crispy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived 20 min before the shop close for the afternoon, but they welcomed us in with cheerful smiles. Love them!

Nice place to have some dinner. Found prices reasonable and service was very kind and helpful. Also the atmosphere was enjoyable. Despite being tourists, got the feeling that we were treated like people of the neighborhood. Thumbs up guys!

🙌🏼 Yummy Brunch! let’s go! Pls follow @ssindyeats for more yummy brunch spots. 🥂🧇🍳 @thenewspotonpolk 📍San Francisco @thenewspotonpolk is definitely a hidden gem! A homey, easy-going neighborhood cafe offering all-day breakfast. We came here for brunch and the food was simply delicious! The chicken fried steak was so tasty, lightly fried and coated with some creamy gravy. The French toast was sinful, while the hangover skillet was everything you hope for after a hangover. 🤣🤣 Don’t forget to try their yummy drinks, the Dr. Oz green juice was so refreshing, tasty, and healthy. ❤️ Amazing food and service! What more can you ask for!! We can’t wait to come back and try the other food.

Ordered the South of the Border omelet. Was tasty with the perfect amount of chorizo spice. Service was quick and friendly.

Atmosphere is perfect classice california diner style. Service was great. Food is priced average for this area but it is high for diner food. I got the huevos rancheros, which ended up being a bit of a twist on the classic with loads of veggies. It was tasty but had a bit too much liquid going on. I prefer to eat mine by piling it into tortilla like tacos so if you also like it this way and not soggy, ask for the tortillas on the side! My friends and I enjoyed our time here. It would be a great local spot to take visitors to the city. Btw the potatoes were great!!!

First thing first: the service and hospitality here are AMAZING! Every table was full of hungry customers, and there was 1 server who was simply incredible—she handled the entire place all on her own, taking orders, serving food and coffee refills, seating customers, cleaning and setting tables, taking to-go orders—and doing so really efficiently and with the kindest, warmest hospitality. She was simply phenomenal—the best server ever! Oh yeah, the food and coffee are great too :)

Ate there last week. Food was cold by the time we got it as the front door was wide open, allowing for the cold air to come in. Avacodo toast was good but the biscuits and gravy were not like they make them in the south. I suppgest shutting the door when it's cold out as I am sure I'm not the only one that doesn't like cold eggs.

A true SF gem! Incredibly delicious, big and generous servings, great coffee with refills, top tier service, and to make it better very fair prices! These were both $15 each. Can’t complain! Highly recommended! 👌🏻

Hazira, the owner, really takes her time to explain what is what, have a chat and even lets you taste beforehand. Food is great, lovely atmosphere. Go!

The French fries were perfectly crunchy and seasoned. Really yummy Cobb salad served with salmon. Also, the pancakes are a MUST!!! Ask for extra syrup. Burger was great. 👍

I love egg benedicts but this place puts to much mustard or something in the sauce it was over powering. I couldn’t even eat it. My sons pancakes were ok. Cute place and friendly staff.
