Had to use emergency services today as I fell in Starbucks and gashed my head open. Amazing service. They called a van over to the area near the parking garage drive me to the er then made sure I was safely inside. The staff is so efficient.Within two hours I was stitched up had a cat scan and sent on my way. Dr Bowdon even wrote me a prescription for anti biotic for my upper respiratory infection. He was ready to go home but cheerfully stopped and wrote the script I asked for. Such a nice guy!

Had to find an ER in the city and had no prior experience with any of them, nor had I heard anything by word of mouth. A friend who lived in SF 20 years ago recommended this ER when I reached out to her, and the more recent reviews looked promising. I drove myself down and went through my time there alone. Alone, but with some of the nicest, skilled and attentive nurses, and a good doctor. So thankful for folks like these who do this work. I'm hoping that insurance will cooperate, too and make this an all around exceptional medical memory. Still, the aesthetics could use an upgrade. I'd love to help with that if possible!

My mother was transferred to this facility after having been admitted for 10 days at our local hospital who could not complete a procedure due to some complications . Within the first 24 hours of her transfer she received the best of care and completed surgery without a hitch and was discharged within three days with some very specific follow-ups. Thanks to the wonderful treatment team that took care of her , most especially to Dr. Yao Wen and Dr. Veena Patel. Also special shout out to RN on the 6th floor Irlice Payumo who showed kindness and attention. My mom still talks about her at home. My gratitude to all of you!

While in San Francisco on business I broke two toes and went to the ER at the Pacific Campus of CPMC...I was seen by Dr. Kenneth Kumamoto for my injury. Although it was only 2 small fractures, the swelling was quite severe as well as quite painful. I was not there more than 15 minutes before I was seen. They were not only pleasent but treated me with the utmost respect the entire time I was there. The Dr. suggested that he would like to keep me overnight to observe my foot and try to get the swelling down to a reasonable amount. He chose his second option of releasing me to the comfort of my hotel provided I followed his instructions and kept it elevated. This hospital was clean and well organized and I would recommend it to ANYBODY for ANY health issue. My hat is off to the Dr. and his staff...😀😇 KUDOS for a excellent experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I can't articulate with a typed review how incredibly grateful I am for the Surgeons, Nurses and PCT's who took care of my mom pre and post whipple procedure. My mom found out abruptly that she has pancreatic cancer after going in to the ED in Modesto and after some tests. 2 days after in Modestos hospital they sent her to the specialists at CPMC to get further observation and ultimately her surgery.

The team here in critical cardiac intensive care , Dr Sheridan & staff made the difference of life for my daughter. Thank you to scores of staff members who never gave up!

My experience of calling their outpatient service was pretty bad. Calling them always put me in a long waitline. I called them multiple times and left messages and never received a call back. When I finally stayed on the line for 20 minutes and was able to connect to a receptionist, she did not let me finish my first sentence and just told me that they are not taking new patients and hung up. Not sure about the quality of the doctor's, but the quality of service was pretty abysmal.
