Eden is a truly magical find! It lives up to its name in that it's a fitness haven: spotlessly clean, well-equipped, visually beautiful, and conveniently located. Being a female-focused training space, it feels safe and comfortable at all times. The owner, Tammy, is so accommodating and friendly - she's been a trainer for over a decade and really understands what makes a training space work for both trainers and clients. She's always getting new accessories and equipment to level up the client experience and it's obvious that she really cares about her space. Long story short, I cannot recommend Eden enough!

I've been working with Tammy for nearly two years now after lots of unsuccessful efforts with other trainings. But, she gets me! When she decided to open Eden Fitness and walked into the space, I knew it was perfect for me. Its clean, relaxing and green. I couldn't ask for a more zenful place to work out with all the equipment you could ever need, a bright stocked full bathroom and plenty of plants to keep the air fresh. Love it!

Eden is an incredible, special find! This is not your typical gym or fitness center. Tammy, the owner, is welcoming, easy to communicate with, and has cultivated a beautiful space. There are endless options available in this intimate space for all of your exercise needs. The atmosphere is wonderful! Female focused. Intimate. Safe. Welcoming. Plants around the space. I’m a trainer here in the city. I’ve used several different studios and things to train my clients, but Eden is top notch. It’s always clean. Has everything I need. My clients always prefer to train at Eden. I love that it’s female focused, and I think that they do, too. On top of the wonderful facility, Tammy, the owner, is so kind and always willing to help you out however she can! She’s always working to improve it and make everything work for everyone. The whole community is wonderful and I’m so happy to be apart of it.

Three years ago, I started seeing Tammy when I was engaged and looking to get into shape for my wedding. Back then she was doing fitness sessions on Polk Street, in a gym that was so-so (her training sessions were fantastic!). This year, she moved to Eden Fitness Studio and the experience is worlds better! The space and equipment are clean and the environment is very welcoming. The changing area and the restroom are also clean--the studio even offers complimentary feminin hygiene products and hair bands, if you ever need them. I also love that there are real plants all around, which helps make the air feel fresh. I liked my workouts when she was at the old location, but now I LOVE and look forward to working out at Eden Fitness Studio every week!

I so much needed EDEN Fitness Studio in my life! EDEN is inviting, invigorating, warm and clean. Lots of equipment in a peaceful space for a well-rounded workout. Tammy is an excellent personal trainer and gives me the attention, encouragement and "push" that I need. If you are looking for a clean, private space for your personal workout, EDEN Fitness is the place.

If you have a high standard for workout spaces like I do (I had a bad skin infection from a different gym!), then Eden Gym is the place for you. It is EXTREMELY CLEAN. Tammy is great because she pushes me but not in a drill-sergeant kind of way. I always look forward to our workouts together. Also, the place has a lot of light and color, so it’s just really pleasing to the eye. I highly recommend!

I love going to Eden Fitness Studio. It has everything I need to get in shape. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including a water rowing machine, curved treadmill, stationary bike with fan, and much more. It is impeccably clean, orderly, serene and full of little extras to make working out a pleasure. The nature sounds, beautiful live plants, and rain shower are just a few of the extras that make Eden special. Not only that. The neighborhood is very safe, close to public transportation and has plenty of parking.

Eden Fitness Studio is truly incredible! It’s a gorgeous, female-focused space with the highest quality equipment and an environment that’s refreshing, relaxing, and conducive to an amazing workout every time. Eden Fitness Studio is an oasis in San Francisco. I love the Zen environment including many plants and a bamboo sink in the changing area. Just walking into the gym motivates me to work out. It is very well organized and CLEAN. The owner, Tammy, knows just what it takes to make this female-focused gym comfortable and energizing.

I’ve been training clients here for about 18 months and love the space. I have everything I need here. There is a policy to limit the number of people to 6. Even with 6, there is space and enough equipment to go around. If you’re looking for a warm, friendly personal vibe, then you’ve found the right spot!

I used to train clients and conduct a fitness class at Eden studios and only have great things to say. The owner is kind, and very helpful (when i had an issue , she was a phone call away and was always willing to stop by to see i was pleased). She always greets you with a smile, and the other trainers are also equally kind & sweet. The facility is always clean, and limitless equipment. For a "small studio", you never feel like your limited and everything is available to you. I cant wait to go back post Covid19.
