I
can
not
say
enough
good
things
about
Everstrong
SF!
I
joined
in
July
in
preparation
for
having
a
Gastric
Sleeve
Bypass.
As
a
bigger
woman,
the
experience
in
a
regular
gym
is
not
always
a
great
one.
Everyone
has
a
suggestion
of
what
you
should
be
doing,
and
eating
and
etc...
every
trainer
is
not
necessarily
equipped
to
handle
different
body
types,
or
open
to
individual
goals
of
what
healthy
may
or
may
not
be
for
their
client.
I
am
a
pretty
confident
individual,
but
even
I
have
never
enjoyed
that
environment,
and
really
don’t
like
“
working
out”.
First
of
all
this
about
a
20-25
min
a
week
work
out
folks,
so
I
figured
I’ve
gotta
try
this.
After
my
first
work
out
I
was
hooked.
You
get
to
work
out
on
a
“robot”
and
have
a
screen
in
front
of
you
to
show
you
your
work
out
from
the
prior
week
on
a
graph
,
so
you
get
to
compete
against
yourself!
In
one
month
my
back
pain
was
100%
gone!
I
have
built
so
much
muscle
in
the
5
months,
I
can’t
believe
it.
I
feel
stronger
and
more
grounded
in
my
body
then
I
have
felt
in
years!
Everyone
of
the
Trainers
is
excellent
at
what
they
do!
I
generally
trained
with
Abe
one
of
the
owners
who
is
so
kind
and
present
in
everything
he
says
and
does.
I
loved
how
he
switched
up
my
workouts
depending
on
my
work
day
(
I
have
physical
job)
or
to
try
different
ways
to
maximize
my
progress,
for
my
body
type
and
goals.
I
have
also
been
blown
away
by
my
sessions
with
Patrick,
he
has
so
obviously
been
doing
this
a
long
time,
and
I
love
the
way
he
talks
me
through
a
movement
and
pushes
me
to
exceed
my
last
work
out
with
positive
reinforcement.
Austin
is
a
total
sweetheart
as
well,
and
is
an
amazing
acupuncturist
also.
This
is
a
staff
of
people
who
really
understand
the
human
body
on
a
multitude
of
levels,
and
how
different
body
types
need
different
things.
They
work
through
injuries
and
keep
you
safe
100%
of
the
time.
Lastly,
And
really
importantly,
I
was
obviously
not
in
the
greatest
of
shape
when
I
started
and
I
never
felt
judged
or
made
to
feel
less
than.
I
always
felt
support
and
encouraged.
I
am
now
2
weeks
post
op,
and
healing
so
well,
part
of
which
I
attribute
to
my
training
at
EverStrong!
For
the
first
time
in
my
life
I’m
actually
sad
I
can’t
work
out,
but
I’ll
be
back
in
a
few
weeks.
Did
I
mention
it
was
20
minutes
a
week?
