I’ve done a lot of strength training programs over my years of playing high school football and college rugby, and I’ve never experienced a program like Abe’s Everstrong. Just a few minutes on his machines has an unreal affect. I left our 20 minute workout feeling good but not exhausted, however the next couple days my body felt sore. The good sore that usually comes from spending 60-90 minutes in a gym. I couldn’t believe the results from such a short workout. The computer feedback is also very cool to see as you are working, and gives you a great way to track your progress. I would definitely recommend giving EverStrongSF a shot, you wont regret it

I can not say enough good things about Everstrong SF! I joined in July in preparation for having a Gastric Sleeve Bypass. As a bigger woman, the experience in a regular gym is not always a great one. Everyone has a suggestion of what you should be doing, and eating and etc... every trainer is not necessarily equipped to handle different body types, or open to individual goals of what healthy may or may not be for their client. I am a pretty confident individual, but even I have never enjoyed that environment, and really don’t like “ working out”. First of all this about a 20-25 min a week work out folks, so I figured I’ve gotta try this. After my first work out I was hooked. You get to work out on a “robot” and have a screen in front of you to show you your work out from the prior week on a graph , so you get to compete against yourself! In one month my back pain was 100% gone! I have built so much muscle in the 5 months, I can’t believe it. I feel stronger and more grounded in my body then I have felt in years! Everyone of the Trainers is excellent at what they do! I generally trained with Abe one of the owners who is so kind and present in everything he says and does. I loved how he switched up my workouts depending on my work day ( I have physical job) or to try different ways to maximize my progress, for my body type and goals. I have also been blown away by my sessions with Patrick, he has so obviously been doing this a long time, and I love the way he talks me through a movement and pushes me to exceed my last work out with positive reinforcement. Austin is a total sweetheart as well, and is an amazing acupuncturist also. This is a staff of people who really understand the human body on a multitude of levels, and how different body types need different things. They work through injuries and keep you safe 100% of the time. Lastly, And really importantly, I was obviously not in the greatest of shape when I started and I never felt judged or made to feel less than. I always felt support and encouraged. I am now 2 weeks post op, and healing so well, part of which I attribute to my training at EverStrong! For the first time in my life I’m actually sad I can’t work out, but I’ll be back in a few weeks. Did I mention it was 20 minutes a week?

This was a new experience to workout in these style, however the staff were definitely subject matter experts in both fitness and nutrition. This made my time feel well spent, and accepting of the challenge. The plus side was being addressed as a person and the staff actively worked to insure I met my fitness goals, and being considerate of past injuries, which allowed me to work that particular are and have far better rehabilitation. My fitness instructor was Amanda, who conducted herself very professionally and with such passion it makes one excited about trusting the process. Highly recommend to those always on the go, or looking for an interesting way to supplement existing work out routines.

While I'm someone who isn't motivated to go to the gym, I also care a lot about taking good care of my body. Abe introduced me to a method that not only works for me and my busy schedule as a working mother (a solid workout for only 20 minutes?! Anyone can make time for that!), but I'm also able to see how well my body is performing by the personalized data that is collected and measured at each workout. Another bonus is that Abe helps his clients focus with great attention during these workouts so your mind feels as if it's getting a mindfulness exercise at the same time! I couldn't recommend EverStrongSF more, especially for those who feel that time is what is preventing them from achieving optimal health.

I absolutely loved my session with Abe at EverStrongSF. I am a big believer in keeping the body long, strong and supple and the process that Abe and his team guides you through is amazing. Don't let the fact that each session is only 20 minutes fool you - it is definitely worth ever minute. Abe configures his equipment to reflect your current strength level and as time moves on, increases the resistance. Never did I feel like I was overdoing it or going to strain myself. I felt challenged, yet completely in control and left my session feeling revitalized. I highly recommend!!

I've been going to Everstrong SF for about 22 months and love it. I have to say that without my fantastic trainer, Amanda, I don't know if I would've kept it up. This past year with her weekly guidance has been so incredible. I'd like others to know what she does for her clients besides the exercising; she listens. She listens and suggests but never pushes. She's incredibly knowledgeable on the body, nutrition, general stressors of life, etc. I have yet to miss a class because I don't want to. She's a really, really good teacher. Thanks! Thank you very much.

Fastest, most efficient workout ever! I love that this workout saves me a lot of time AND also gives results. I have been working out with Patrick over there, and he is great - personable, focused and experienced. So far, the whole process has been positive. Very happy to have this resource in the neighborhood!!

What I love about EverStrongSF: No mirrors, no clocks, no clanging machines or listening to other people grunting, and having the whole space to myself. But most of all, my amazing trainer, Patrick--he is always laser-focused on my form, constantly creative with changing things up to keep the work-out interesting, and unfailingly encouraging and motivating. Training at EverStrongSF was the one of the best decisions I've ever made--I'm 72 and have never felt stronger!

A personal trainer dedicated to your growth and fitness, with a simplified approach to strength training that simply works. Going just once a week for 30 minutes is helping me get back the body I lost during the COVID lockdowns. Highly recommended!
