I got the torta cubana and omg it was amazing! And huge! I will be coming back!

I've ordered from Estrella Taqueria a couple of times and the food is always top notch. They made sure my order was correct, I will definitely keep coming back.

Ordered a deluxe burrito to go. No cheese, hardly any chicken. Just the brown goop of old rice and beans. Shameful. Ordered evening of 8/17/22. Left 20% tip to help. Wish I hadn't .

Ordered a chicken and hot Cheeto quesadilla. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Food was damned outstanding and the service was just as good

There were flies everywhere inside the store. I ordered a super burrito to eat at the restaurant, and they brought it out wrapped in foil with a side of stale chips. Besides the ambiance of flies, the burrito was quite bad. I didn’t even eat half of it. Never going back…

Food was amazing! And they portions are huge. My favorite thing on the menu is the Mexican sausage egg burrito, you have to try it if you’re there!

Ordered California Burrito (with chicken) and Chips & Salsa. The burrito was, simply put, awful. This is NOT how a burrito should taste like. Only saw 2 tiny pieces of chicken in 5 bites. Couldn't continue eating it and threw it away (with 90% remaining as you can see in the photo). Chips were a bit burned and salsa was more of chopped tomatoes than actual blended salsa. Absolutely do NOT!! recommend this place. I wish I could get my $15 back as they are now at the bottom of a garbage bin.

Good Mexican food, Fair Price, A lot to eat especially with the Combination plate. Everything tasted great. Super Nachos was just that with guacamole. And sour cream. And cheese. Fast service. We ate in. It was a Thursday night around 8 pm. Not a big place maybe 8 to 10 tables for four people each. Definitely not a fancy place.

Really great family restaurant – was very relaxed about substituting my rice with beans and the burrito tastes great and they also included chips on the side! Definitely stop by

The service was ok..however, I asked if they had black beans, he said yes, I said I would like black beans. I left, went home, took a bite and no black beans.. It was good tho..

GREAT PRICES! This place should be more than 3.8 stars! And that's why I'm writing this, to help get it to 4. Got an amazing carnitas quesadilla, they ask what salsa you want it mixed with, I got medium and it came with a nice salsa mix inside, so a lot more than your standard meat and cheese. Toasted tortilla. Really nice. Got the quesabirria tacos, they were a tad sloppy but had great flavor. 4 different salsa and free chips and salsa. I've gone back another time already. I'm a fan, and they have several different meats to try which is a plus!

I cannot stress how great this place is for a small taqueria. It is nothing fancy but I’m always looking for a place that has great food consistently - I like to eat Mexican a couple times a week. I never wanted to eat here because I thought it didn’t look good b my boyfriend got me some food one day and I am always craving it nowadays! Growing up in the city I've had it all, but this place has just a great overall consistency. Their steak is a better quality than others and never old and crusty. It's always fresh n soft n not too greasy. I've had their chicken and Al pastor and carnitas and all their meats have a good charred grilled flavor. The vegetables are fresh and so are the salsas. Only thing I didn't like were the tortas. But they always pay attention to detail and follow all my requests. Also, the portions are hearty. I am always craving Estrella!

Stale chips that tasted like they’ve gone bad & a soggy quesadilla. Food is ok.

Not sure how much more on point you could get for a taqueria. All of their food is good quality and the service is great. They are open late night and even offer tofu for the vegetarians, but also have all the regular carne as well. Their plates and tacos are both great. Definitely check them out if you like good Mexican food!

Placed an order for pickup. When we got home we discovered that the garlic prawn, grill entree we ordered was missing and a burrito in it's place. The food was pretty good but if we ever order from this place again we will check the order is correct before leaving the premises.

Sometimes I just want the satisfaction of a good burrito. In San Francisco, that satisfaction can be found at Estrella Taqueria. The thing to keep in mind is that it is about the food. This is not your white tablecloth kinda place. It is the place to get food that doesn't skimp on portions. 10.3.23 update.... Burritos are still Awesome.

The king of the worst of the worst burrito 🌯 ever in all of US. first, it was so expensive with($16 star burrito) too little meat 🍖 and taste bad. drenched with salsa👎. I hope I'm not gonna get sick 😩 😕
