What a great experience working with Erik at Shreve & Co! Erik helped me find the perfect watch as it was my first luxury watch purchase! I have never spent more than a couple hundred dollars on a watch and this watch that I purchased was almost $10,000 and it is insane for me to think that I would spend this much on a time peace but it will be a legacy for my kids as well as a gift to myself as I’m close to retirement. This entire group is first class. I recently purchased a necklace at Shreve, and they consulted with me the entire process through several visits. Erik was OUTSTANDING and the San Francisco Shreve & Co was a beautiful store and the whole experience for my wife from beginning to end was flawless when we purchased our Rolex. Erik texted us before and validated the parking and was waiting for us when we arrived. We sat down in the beautiful lounge. Erik was extremely knowledgeable about the Rolex watches and set everything up and answered our questions. It was too early for us to have champagne, so he gave us a bottle to enjoy at home. My first time at Shreve SF and Jason was so amazing to work with. I did come in looking for a ladies Rolex but at the time there was nothing for sale. Jason carefully reviewed my choice of Rolex And added me to a wishlist and I am hoping to find one in the near future.Jason also helped me find a perfect bracelet and was so helpful throughout the process. I came in a second time to buy some jewelry for my mom for Christmas and Jason helped me yet again. Jason is super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Working with Jason was an amazing experience, buying anything at a jeweler can feel intimidating due to the current demand for men’s luxury watches. I felt like I couldn’t have worked with a better person for my purchase decision. Jason immediately was able to answer any questions that I had regarding the specific model I wanted and I felt that I was working with a true watch person the whole time and his knowledge of SF was meaningful on a personable level. The Shreve store was well lit, clean and had a very friendly atmosphere (dogs allowed!), and at no point did I feel like I wasn’t being welcomed as a new customer with no past buying experience. It’s amazing how nice the purchase is experience was versus feeling concerned that it would be highly transactional or pressured to make a decision as a new client (overseas shopping comes to mind). I didn’t take much time to pinpoint the exact model and fortunately your team had the specific BB58 on a steel bracelet in stock. The nicest part of the experience was the lounge in the back to have the watched perfectly sized to my wrist, what a joy to experience that high of a level of service! I’ve purchased some items in the past (my car comes to mind) and nothing quite compares to feeling like you’re welcome to hang out and chat watches or about San Francisco, so that’s a very nice touch by Shreve & Jason! Ultimately, I felt like I was in good hands with Jason, and his vintage Pepsi GMT was a strong signifier that I was working with the right (watch) person. These are very personal purchases and when an Apple Watch can gladly due much more than tell time, I felt like I had made an investment in myself for my upcoming wedding day, and had bought something that I could leave to my immediate family when the watch survives a very long life.

The entire client experience was comfortable, and took place within the confines of a private Client Reception area. Maria also did a complete run down of Exhibition Professional Watches in order for me to experience potential future acquisitions. Also convenient, is the White House parking garage a half-block away. Recently I was in the market for a new watch, and after years of walking by (and recalling they had once made silverware), I stopped by Shreve & Co to look through the selection and get some advice on a timepiece that would suit me. As far as watches, the store caters a variety of well-known brands for a range of prices, and I found the employees warmly welcoming and unpretentious. Nina and Erik in particular were knowledgeable about horology and most patient in helping me pick out a dress watch to suit my budget. While the manufacturer's website quoted a lead time of half a year, I was delighted to get it much quicker through Shreve & Co, and adjusted as needed afterward. Overall great experience, and I'll be back when the time comes!
