    After coming here for a number of years, I can't wait to get both of my kids out of this place. We rarely are assigned to see the doctor who is technically "ours." The front office is supremely unhelpful and poorly trained in customer service. Good luck getting a health form signed off with leas than 2 weeks notice, or getting information on general medical policy, like whether they can give a flu vaccine to a kid with a cold over the phone. To schedule an appointment, expect to spend 30 minutes on hold to just reach a receptionist. I have already moved my son to another doctor and will move my daughter as soon as i can find a viable alternative for her.

    Don’t bring your children here!! I used to love this place, but it’s pretty bad now. No appointments available at all for my daughter’s follow up to be seen at 9 months old. She’s 10 months now, and nothing will be available until next year past her 1st birthday. “Nurse” never called back to give advise on this matter. I’m transferring my children somewhere else ASAP.

    Absolutely awful, unnecessarily nasty front desk staff. After almost 3 years of taking our daughter here, we are officially done. If you are lucky, you get a 10 minute rushed look over from a doctor who may or may not have seen your child before. Communication is terrible, follow-up is non-existent.

    I do not recommend. My 17 year old daughter had a terrible experience there and we are never going back. I contacted the clinic manager and she never called me back to discuss my concerns. I contacted patient relations and they were responsive and finally put me in touch with the practice manager and the attending who saw my kid, but were both totally unapologetic about our terrible experience and the botched procedure my daughter had gone through. We took our business to Sutter Health where we were seen in a pleasant setting, on time, and with an attending who addressed our questions and concerns and provided us with solutions. My daughter had a second procedure at Sutter and was shocked that she was treated well and with minimum amount of discomfort and pain. It really makes a difference when you are treated by capable providers.

    Mychart system is pathetic. Dont bother asking a question if yoiu need medical help, the anticipation and lack of help will only worsen your conditon.

    Love our daughters doctor but as far as the unit coordinators. Very unprofessional . Takes them forever to just answer the phone to make appointments and after waiting half an hour to an hour to get thru they have attitude. Only reason why we put up with it is because our daughters Doctor Crossen is the best!

    They are very unorganized. They have incorrect scheduling, even during the pandemic they system is faulty. There are times when I schedule something and they make me wait up to 45 minutes. I am honestly disappointed with this department

    Dr. Park told me do not give your baby antibiotics while she did not see my baby and without checking her and as a result of her mistake my baby had ongoing fever for 2 weeks then I took my baby to a different hospital they saw her ears and diagnosed sever ear infection and prescribed antibiotics after 1 or 2 days my baby feels better.

    If I have to get doctor permission to get blood tested then why it's not saying it on MYCHART. I had to call off to come here for nothing. Didn't even have understanding instructions. Confusing. And ladies who takes the blood doesn't even explain it clear, plus rude. Made me frustrated. I had to ask a lots of times to get clear answers.

    We had no problems with the medical care or medical staff but the non-medical service levels are unacceptable. Waiting months to book appointments, missed call backs, repeated failure to correctly send medical records to another provider and generally apathetic customer service. Transfer to your local pediatrician asap unless you need specialist care

    The so called doctors here are terrible DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!! we came for help and all we got was attitude after attitude and doctors that wanted to have arguments with us and didn’t help or give us any solutions to the problem our child had they’re very hungry for money and make often “check ups” just so we can show up and get an attitude from every employee here it’s a nightmare didn’t know how to run out of there office they also make you feel like a bad parent here it’s disgusting
