This is my second session with Nerd Improv at a marketing team off-site and I can't speak highly enough of their work and their consistency in facilitating communication, creativity and team-building. This most recent session was another resounding hit. Everyone on the team came to me individually to say how much fun they had and Nerd Improv totally won over the few skeptics on our team about the impact of improv. Even a 2-hour session with the Nerd Improv team goes a long way for team-building and bonding and it can't be matched.

I've worked with Nerd Improv twice to do team-building workshops with teams of ~25 people and both times it's been an amazing, fun, bonding experience for my teams. Danny brings amazing energy, humor, humility and creates a safe space for people to be themselves. He also created a hybrid in-person/virtual event for us during the fall which was amazing to make sure our whole team felt included. I would highly recommend Nerd Improve for your team-building events!

Could not have been happier with our experience with Nerd Improv! Danny & Chris were professional and experts at their craft, while creating a fun and non-judgmental atmosphere for our group (company event). They centered the selected activities around areas I identified for improvement, which made the experience feel personalized. In addition, they were very flexible with last minute needs and really went above and beyond to make our event happen. I received awesome feedback within our company about the experience--It really allowed us to open up in ways we haven't before, spend some time as a group for the first time in a long time (or some for the first time ever), and really reflect on ourselves as an organization while not taking ourselves too seriously. Can't recommend NI enough!

We worked with Chris from Nerd Improv for our company retreat and we had a fantastic experience. Chris is very engaging and inclusive and professional. Our team was able to get to know each other on a deeper level through multiple activities that Chris planned. The two hours we had with Nerd Improv were filled by laughters, joy, and pure fun! Chris was led a phenomenal workshop.The whole team felt the two hours we spend were productive, insightful, and just a great time overall. Loved our experience with Nerd Improv. I did this through work as a team-building activity. Our facilitator was great - very patient with us even though we were a talkative and playful (at times loud) group. He did a great job of keeping us entertained, and drawing connections to what we can learn from improv to take back with us to our office dynamic. Highly recommend!

We brought in Nerd Improv to work with our team of Mobile App Marketers, Product and Engineers at Expedia. I have only great things to say about the 2 hour super fun workshop we experienced. My only regret is not booking them for longer! The team left energized and ready to apply some of the techniques Danny shared throughout the workshop. I called Nerd Improv searching for a fun, team-building experience for the communications and marketing team of eight people at my mid-sized nonprofit. Danny and Chris worked with me on the budget and Chris was able to come facilitate a two-hour session in person. I could tell some on our team had misgivings about doing improv at first, but Chris put everyone at ease. He did a great job facilitating and structuring the activities so that people felt comfortable participating. Everyone had a lot of fun, we laughed A TON, and I felt like I got to know my team members so much better by the end of the session. I've hired Nerd Improv for a team wide event twice now and both times have been amazing. Chris worked with us both times and cultivated a great schedule based on our team culture and needs. Most of my colleagues were very nervous when they heard, "improv", but Chris and Andy brought enough structure to let us all let loose and connect as a team. Chris facilitated an incredible session with our start up team of Product Managers, engineers, designers and data scientists. He managed to make everyone comfortable and had us all laughing almost immediately. I really appreciated Chris positive, generous and encouraging style. Chris and Christian facilitated a 2 hour session with our division of academic physicians at UCSF. They had us talking, laughing, and forming real connections. This is historically a tough crowd, and everyone raved about the event. I would highly recommend them for your team building event.
