Gary needs to be fired! I initially thought he was going to be nice despite all these negative reviews for this store but he started yelling at me saying things like “I’m speaking English to you what don’t you understand???” even though he wasn’t making sense, and being so mean for no reason at all. He haphazardly put the shipping label on the bag and ripped it, and wouldn’t allow me to seal the bag before taking it away. Horrible experience

This review is long overdue but I felt I needed to add my positive experience after reading such negative reviews here. I came to this post office in December. Look, we all know what to expect when trying to ship packages in December. You're going to have to wait. If you waited until the last minute like me, you especially need to have patience, we brought this on ourselves. Anyway, given that their was a long line and I was prepared to be miserable, I was actually surprised at how easy it was. Yes, the man at the counter was efficient and maybe came off a assertive to some, but I liked that he was moving things along. He also had donuts delivered that he handed out to customers as we made our way to the desk. It was such a treat to have someone try to make others' day with a simple treat, especially during a stressful time. I hope this man is still bringing the positive energy that we all need in these hard times. Nobody likes going to the post office, but this man made it a treat!

Went after 1PM and Gary was managing the counter. Very friendly and very helpful. There is a line as he is the only one working there, so I see how he needs to be efficient but was polite throughout the time of processing my outgoing packages. Positive experience all the 3 times I've been here.

Lady gave us a lot of attitude for not knowing how to mail our package. She was also not helpful when we asked what to do and how much we had to pay for our specific box. Would try not to come back.

Mailed out an eBay return from this store - was skeptical I’d actually be able to leverage the digital QR code for them to print the label (since I don’t have a printer) but they did so seamlessly. Was easily able to purchase a sealable mailer here and make a quick return! Gary was super nice and helpful!

I've never had a bad experience here. This is because I know what is expected of me by the postal employees - have your package ready with the address printed legibly on the label and don't hold up the line. Expect to be dealt with curtly if you don't meet this criteria.

It's the best USPS location I've been so far. Gary has always been very helpful.

I go to this post office at least once a week. Usually the people are pretty nice and helpful, but in many cases seem to drag out simple transactions even as the line builds up. They often seem under-staffed as well. I went in on Saturday at 1:30 unaware they closed at 1:00. The door was open and I didn't see posted hours on the door. All I had to do was drop off a pre-paid package and was subsequently harrassed by the two employees working there saying "you're way too late." Your door is open, the drop off area was still accessible and I didn't need any help from staff. There's no reason to berate loyal customers like this.

Not always the best counter service! Grumpy old men!

The head carrier was always in a hurry and the day I went to send a small package, he said just to put the prepaid parcel on the counter with the rest of the other package. That was on 10/29. The package is still missing and was never scanned. This person needs to chill and be patient with his customers.

I’ve never seen an American post office fly the flag of another sovereign nation, certainly not at the same height as the US flag.

Gary is one of the nicest people and the relatively new folks, like Rod, are also very kind too. My favorite USPS store ever
