My fiancee and I came to Derco for engagement ring shopping and worked with Greg to design a setting and identify a diamond that we liked. Greg was incredibly helpful, showing us different style options and giving helpful input on what to consider when making decisions. Greg helped us choose a beautiful diamond that was exactly what we wanted, and even worked with my fiancee to put it in a temporary setting to use for proposing while the final setting was being made! Greg was also incredibly flexible about making adjustments to the setting based on my request which was very much appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience working with Greg at Derco and would highly recommend to others shopping for engagement rings!

Always amazing service at Derco! Last time we worked with Jim to get my partner a wedding band and he was kind enough to clean my jewelry and get my ring back to new. Today I went in and Jack helped me. He is always checking in and making sure the customers are alright. He cleaned my rings for me and they are good as new - ready to be worn for my wedding. Can’t wait to come back again. Everyone working is efficient and helpful when it comes to jewelry. Can’t wait to come back.

Derco has amazing customer service! We have been long time customers and everyone is sure to receive a warm welcome by Jack when you walk in the door. My family always sees Judy and send our friends her way. She is so friendly and remembers every piece of jewelry we have purchased over the years. She recently spent time helping me design a new ring to my very specific liking. Her patience was well appreciated during the process of my indecisiveness. It turned out BEAUTIFUL! Christina was so patient with us in custom recreating the perfect ring we found somewhere else that wasn't able to fit the size stone we wanted. Definitely recommend and worth it even if each of the 8 times we came with customization requests was 2 hrs round trip for us.

To top of it, when comparing pricing, we found theirs to be the best. My fiancé loves her ring and that’s all that matters. Highly recommend! My fiancée had a custom setting in mind, which Derco had no problem recreating. The setting is exactly like the pictures my fiancée provided. Had a great experience with Nate. Got a presentation ring and worked with my new fiancé to design a custom ring. Nate was patient with us as we even changed the style ring it was inspired from. He helped us track down an oval center stone of atypical proportions and it was perfect. He helped us figure out what we needed to tweak from the wax to match what we originally envisioned. They resized it down more precisely than a quarter of a size to get a perfect fit. All that service, and yet I walked out paying much less than I expected.

I was hesitant working with a new jeweler. George was welcoming, concise, knowledgeable and patient. The manager was present, warm and friendly. The store has a serious collection of great pieces. Definitely consider, no doubt.

Derco Jewelers has provided many special rings and earrings to me over the years. When I brought the wedding ring I purchased there 25 years ago Jack did a wonderful job bringing the ring back to the condition it was in when I first bought it. We custom designed our rings with Derco. We were delighted to work with John. From the moment we met, he immediately earned our trust. John worked with us on the design of both of our rings and he was able to nail it spot on! The process was painfully long- over 2 months, but the wait was well worth it! I’ve been here twice now and each time I get the best service. The first time I came here I was browsing for a gold chain. This jeweler had the best price around. The second time I came here was because I bought a chain bracelet elsewhere that was too long. They were happy to help adjust the length for free and encouraged me to come back if I need another adjustment. I will come here from now on for my jewelry purchases!
