I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring entirely online from Lang Antique & Estate Jewelry and got everything shipped to our home state. While we were in San Francisco recently, we made a special trip just to see the Lang storefront. We wanted to see the store and check out some other pieces (one pictured an all emerald ring.) The staff was helpful, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. They remembered the purchase I had made and greeted us by name when we walked in for our appointment. I would recommend having an appointment when you go. Inside the store, the cases are all filled with great antique pieces. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into the items they add to their collection. Based on my experience during my initial purchase and my visit to the store, I’ll be a lifelong customer at Lang Antique and Estate Jewelry.

EXCELLENT 5 star company! My search for a birthstone ruby ring led me to Lang jewelry. All my emails and phone calls were answered promptly. I was given the information I needed to make an educated decision and 100% satisfaction guarantee. Elizabeth Woolf-Willis was patient with all my concerns ordering an expensive ring on-line. She educated me and sent numerous additional photos to help me decide between three other rings. No high pressure sales tactics. I felt genuine care for me as a customer. I purchased the ring which was sent Fed Express 2-day mail with signature required. It was sent in a medium size box within another box, solidly packed. I received email notification throughout the process. The ring was cleverly wrapped in Lang tissue paper and truly looked like a gift. Also included was an AIGS report on the ruby size and quality. I opened the ring box and was more pleased than expected. The price and quality of the ruby stone and the platinum setting was excellent. Resizing was included in the cost. After seeing the ring in person, it was sent back to Lang for sizing at no cost. The perfectly sized ring was completed and returned to me in a week. I can't believe it was expanded from 5 1/2 to size 7 without any evidence of the work done. Lang provided extraordinary service! Natalia was a great salesperson, warm and charming. I couldn't recommend them more highly when it comes to finding unique estate pieces and making the purchase process as painless and simple as possible. I've bought several pieces of jewelry from Lang's and it has always been an easy and enjoyable experience. The salespeople are knowledgeable and enthusiastic without being pushy. I've never returned anything but they always assure me there would be no problem if I returned it within their parameters which I think are very reasonable. I look forward to viewing their website and checking out their merchandise in the future. I would like to see their store in San Francisco sometime if I am near northern California. I would recommend them to anyone looking for antique or vintage jewelry. Also they shipped my pieces very quickly and even give me a time when the package will be arriving. It's always been spot-on. It’s so hard to find a trustworthy antique jewelry store. I kind of cringe just thinking about buying diamonds, everyone does it scary! Now think about buying one that’s antique, even scarier! Very competitive pricing! My wife was thrilled with the ring we bought. The online pictures provided an accurate depiction of the setting and diamond of this circa 1900 ring. I came across Lang Antiques by accident when I was looking for aquamarine rings. I then found one that I really liked and contacted Tracey. I got an answer straight away.
