    I was in the market for a new watch recently and had the pleasure of being welcomed by Rand Stewart who provided exemplary customer service during my visit. I made an apportionment online and received a confirmation phone call from Rand the day before. Rand was warm and friendly which immediately put me at ease. When I arrived at the store the next day, I was welcomed by Rand who was ready to assist me right away. Rand is a true professional who has extensive product knowledge and an abundance of warmth and friendliness which made the experience delightful. It's clear Rand takes the time to listen and cares about satisfying his customers' needs. I highly recommend asking for Rand the next time you need a Cartier product and you will not be disappointed.

    Bought our wedding band here. The experience with Rand is very comfortable and welcomed. Never doubt about the service from Cartier. The only thing is hard to find a street parking here.

    I'd give 10 stars if I could. It’s that great that even if I don’t get to buy anything , I still have an amazing experience and treated like a VIP. I have been to different boutiques but this branch is on a whole different level, whether you're just looking around and still undecided, you get the best service from their consultants.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Alisha Huang at Cartier to purchase a last-minute birthday gift for my mother, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her exceptional service. From start to finish, Alisha went above and beyond to make this special occasion a success. First and foremost, Alisha had not one, but two backup plans in place in case the engraving of the bracelet I wanted to purchase did not arrive on time. This level of foresight and preparedness instantly put my mind at ease and demonstrated her commitment to ensuring that my mother's birthday gift would be perfect. Throughout the entire process, Alisha maintained exceptional communication. She kept me updated consistently throughout the week, which made me feel like a valued customer and eased any concerns I may have had.     Had the pleasure of meeting Alisha during our first visit and shared with her on our home country purchase history as well as our wishlist. 2 weeks later, we received a text message from her that the item we wanted was available for purchase. We made the trip down to SF the next day and was greeted by her manager Rafael who provided exceptional service. Meanwhile, Alisha made the time to check in with us time to time. Aside from the seamless transaction, we enjoyed the conversation with both of them and really look forward to a next visit!

    Worst customer service. They recommended my husband to get a wrong size of the ring and refused to exchange it for a bigger one when I came back for it. What supposed to be a nice BD surprise turned into a horrible and disappointing experience. Their manager Anna Choi is talking like you owe her money, she repeated 3 times that she worked for the brand for 25 years and didn’t listen to what I had to say. Stay away if you can. There are a lot of brands there that care about customers and willing to provide quality service to you. This store is not one of them

    Ali Mirgoli is our guy. He provides exceptional service, is kind, funny, and makes you feel right at home. When you are expecting the best he is meeting you beyond those expectations. He tends to every detail and is there every step of the way waiting on us hand and foot. Cartier is the best and so is Ali!! A++

    Staff was very kind and friendly but we were given the rings we tried at the store to measure our sizes. Then I noticed some small scratches on the ring. If those rings are very delicate, it should not be tried by the customers, the sizes should be measured with a measuring tool and customer should be given a brand new ring when they decide to purchase. I was really upset when I noticed the scratches on such a timeless piece. I don’t believe I would buy again from the store. In reply to your response to my review: I contacted and no one replied back.

    My fiancée, a nonbinary-presenting Latinx woman, just went to this location to exchange her engagement ring for a different size. When she came into the store, not one but TWO security guards relocated to watch over her. One had the decency to at least stand ten feet away, but the other got "uncomfortably close," within four to five feet. My fiancée is sadly used to racial profiling and rarely complains—it takes a lot to make her uncomfortable—but this was done so shamelessly. It's also unfortunate that this marred what should have been an exciting experience—you only (hopefully) get an engagement ring once. Perhaps this isn't indicative of store policies or biases on behalf of the individual security guards, but I implore store management to convey that all customers should be treated with respect. Or at the very least, maintain a respectful distance when engaged in racial profiling.

    We NAILED IT! We LOVE IT! It's always a fun experience going to this store. We personally waited for Mr James Ward because of the previous 5 star customer service experience we had few months ago, true enough that it far exceeded each time we went to this store. The feeling makes you want to buy more and more! The staff service and how they treat the customers exceeded my expectations. Cartier's quality of jewerlry are soooo good too. I kept bringing my friends and and introducing them to this.. Whoever running this place has done an excellent job!

    If you come to Cartier, ask for James Ward. He is the kindest, most knowledgeable sales clerk I’ve encountered at any luxury store. I made an impulse buy I ended up regretting. Not only was he understanding, but he also helped me pick something more appropriate for me. And he gave me extra cookies! Seriously, if you want to feel like you belong in the Cartier family, work with James!

    10 🌟 for JAMES WARD ... We highly recommend James for anyone who needs a caring experienced patience professional jewelry advisor. He has a huge passion for his job and always goes out of his ways in helping us. He is truly a sweetheart. Definitely the one for his job. We from out of town Indiana.. we only trust him and wait for him everytime we come to town. Thank you James for your exceptional customer service.

    Had a great experience at the SF store. Kim Roberts was an excellent SA who managed to track down an item that I've been looking for months (which turns out to be the only one remaining in the entire US & Canada!!) and ship it to me. Our experience has been nothing but stellar with him and the store. 10/10.

    Amazing service! Stephanie is the woman for the job. She was attentive and not pushy at all. She showed me items in store since this is my first time shopping at Cartier and have no problem answer all my questions. I now have another item on my wish list to get next time I am in SF.

    Customer service is exceptional! I walked to the store without an appointment and they were able to assist me after waiting in line. Stephanie initially attended to my questions till her client with an appointment came in. Rand took over and helped me, he is super nice and very knowledgeable. I was offered something to drink while I look around. I didn't felt rushed at all. I highly recommend this boutique!
