Finally what can I say about the owner what spectacular hospitality Khoren made me feel like family!!! I would recommend G Krown to all my friends and to anyone looking for a reliable Jewelry store!!! A very rare find for these days.

I can't give enough praise for Khoren's work - he is truly masterful in his craft. I came in looking for an engagement ring with absolutely no idea what to expect & Khoren walked me through every step of the process from what kind of ring goes best with different settings, choosing a stone that would complement the design of the ring, and adding custom details that made the ring truly one of a kind!! I am so impressed by my entire experience with Garen and Khoren at Ritz jewelers - we brought in a ring passed down four generations for resizing and restoration just yesterday. Not only were they able to resize and refinish it to perfection in about an hour, but they were incredibly knowledgeable (been in SF for 30 years if I remember correctly), genuinely exited for us, and took pride in the small task of helping us with our ring. They gave us the star treatment (although they are the real movie stars - ask Khoren) and we could not be happier!!

Called before coming in to make sure they can take care of my wedding ring my husband purchased 20 years ago. The best part of this experience is that they remember us, just like family. Love them hands down would recommend anyone to go for a purchase or to fix your jewelry. Thank you sooo much.

Khoren is an absolute maestro. He took my vague and unspecific ideas and themes and turned them into the ring I wouldn't have dared dream up because what he created transcended anything I could have imagined. His communication through the process (order updates, manufacturing delays, etc) was best-in-class and on top of all that, he's a better person than he is a jeweler.

My wife had a ring resized a little over a year ago and we just found out that a solid chunk of the band that should be gold was swapped out with something that is very much not gold. Stay far away. I call this theft. Update as the owner has responded below: We don’t live in the Bay Area any longer. My wife took in her ring originally to get sized and rhodium plated. Plating should last a few years but tarnish would appear within months after at least 3 platings. We finally took it in to a jeweler here in Denver who confirmed after testing that the section replaced for sizing turned green and wasn’t in fact gold. As i type this we are already getting the ring fixed outside of this jeweler. Just wanted to provide an honest and truthful account of what took place after entrusting this jeweler. To the owner I appreciate the offer to perform a private inspection. However I recommend you perform the inspection on your business.

Amazing place with an amazing owner. I purchased my engagement ring from G Krown and was planning on proposing in NY. We had to leave earlier than expected and G Krown went out of their way to ship the gorgeous ring directly to the hotel (next morning) with a bouquet a flowers. I was incredibly touched and amazed by how efficient they were and how personal Khoren makes it. I had another ring that I had purchased and Khoren resized both for free too. He's amazing!

EDIT: There was a problem with my order, as well as some missed communication. Khoren got in touch super quickly and we worked to solve the issue. He was incredibly gracious and I am at a loss to even describe it. You don't see this kind of service very often. Heartily recommend.

I’m so happy I stopped by GKrown Jewelers today. The store provides superb service at a very fair price. I was here to get a bracelet resized, as earlier Macy’s told me it would take more than 5 weeks and it was going to be at least double the price. GKrown Jewelers really came to the rescue and the bracelet was resized efficiently, and at a much more fair price. I also got to meet Khoren who is extremely knowledgeable and fun to speak with. He informed me that they specialize in loose diamonds and gems and also provide custom designs by Khoren himself. I’d highly recommend coming here for your jewelry needs, whether repairs or purchasing some great products!
