I've visited the store, but also shopped online and am always happy with the quality of their unique jewelry selection. Just recently I bought a Diamond Spur stud and the Apollo septum ring. I've gotten plenty of compliments on the nose ring and the slick look of it. As well the Spur stud, which I'm wearing in my forward facing helix. I absolutely love Fiat Lux and will continue to shop with them.

Came here to return some jewelry and to see some items in person after drooling after them online. Everyone here is super nice and helpful! Return was quick and easy (I placed an online order and decided I didn't like my items, but I am local to here so I just popped in). One of the folks who works here let me try on a tonnnn of rings because I was looking for a new stacker. Also no pressure to purchase then and there. Would come back! Definitely going to make another purchase in the future, and will have to come back for piercings sometime too. (The only downside is the lack of parking; I circled the area for nearly an hour until I gave up and parked pretty far away)

Beautiful, ornate, cool and totally unique jewelry! I am obsessed with every piece of jewelry I see in this shop. I've only had good experiences with the staff, too. They helped replace a diamond that had popped out of place and change the size of my ring without questions!

I have had 2 custom pendants made by the fabulous and talented designers at Fiat Lux. Great customer service and excellent quality--I appreciate the craftsmanship they bring to their creations. I get comments on my unique pendants every time I wear them.

Very good store, it's so cool. I wish more stores hade a mission statement like Fiat Lux, shopping would be way more enjoyable. it will feel more so that one is purchasing a something meaningful. ones own little treasure. next time I'm in SF I will make a stop to The LUX. I highly recommend Fiat Lux for minor piercings. We came here for ear lobe piercing for our 8 year old and her friend. Both were very excited but very anxious about the whole procedure. Kristina was very calm and reassuring. The piercing process went better than I expected. You don’t feel rushed and it is all very sterile. My daughter appreciated the quiet private room. They have a nice variety of earring options a to choose from. It is pricey but very worth it. Thank you Fiat Lux for making this experience so smooth and easy for our daughter.

My favorite jewelry shop! I have gotten all my important pieces here: my wife’s engagement and wedding ring (always gets compliments), the earrings I wore to my wedding (ear earrings), and anniversary gifts. The staff have been welcoming and helpful. I had a great time working with Fiat Lux folks on producing my engagement ring; they really helped me craft the right one.

Just got one of their fused bracelets and I’m in love. They have unique, high quality jewelry. Everyone that works there is lovely as well. And they’re dog friendly!

I absolutely love their customer service and attention to details. I found a beautiful ring from a Canadian jeweler there but I wanted another stone setting. Fiat Lux team arranged that for me and even more - I needed the ring earlier and the team managed to get it for me just right in time. I'd definitely recommend this place for some great and unique designs and really nice customer service.

I first stumbled onto fiat lux one day looking to get some piercings- and the experience was so professional, sterile, and welcoming that I ended up going back for several more piercings and eventually, jewelry pieces. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and transparent about their pricing. The pieces are well made and curated- this is my absolute favorite jewelry store in the city!

Fabulous service from Fiat Lux! I ordered some rings due for collection from their store as we were visiting SF from the UK. Unfortunately at the last minute our plans changed and I have to say the service in getting my rings to me whilst still in the US was outstanding. Fiat Lux arranged overnight shipping via UPS and my rings arrived beautifully packaged - thank you Jennifer! Incredible collections and I love the Zilfa and Giza rings I bought from them. I would order again from here in a heartbeat and currently working up a shopping list from the UK to ship out.

Got pierced by Alana. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She has a very calm demeanor which is nice! Got two holes pierced and it went quickly and smoothly. She took the time to go over the after care with you as well. The shop is so cute cute I could spend all my money there. Too many good pieces. Can’t wait to go back and get another piercing.

Gorgeous and unique jewelry designs you cannot find any where else. I’m on the east coast so unfortunately have not be able to visit in store, however, I have purchased several pieces from their online shop and have been so happy with them all! Customer service is also amazing! I will continue to purchase my jewelry here in the future and maybe even in person next time at their SF location!

Found this shop randomly on Instagram, loved the cool jewelry that they sell and ordered a Devotion ring which was safely shipped to France. Great customer service. Couldn’t be happier with this ring, wish I had the money to order more from this shop, as I love everything they sell:) and hope I can visit in person if I ever get the chance to be in San Fran!
