The shady business practices this “mom and pop” jewelry shop does, i wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy. The passive aggressive husband that thinks he knows everything about gold but gets defensive when you also know your stuff. They are capitalizing on uneducated jewelry owners that need repairs to their gold jewelry. I would highly discourage patronizing this jewelry Business unless you like to get ripped off. Know before you go!!!

The owners that I spoke with were both very friendly and helpful. I believe the owners name is Andy, and he was very helpful and provided excellent service even taking extra time to answer all my questions in a helpful way. This place provides quality service and fair prices. I went here for something small but saw that this is a place I can trust. I will be coming back with a couple other pieces that need work done. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend coming here for anything relating to jewelry.

Tina and her husband are wonderful! I brought in an old silver bracelet to be cleaned that also needed a clasp. It was ready the next day! I’ve never seen it so shiny 🤩 Tina was also really pleasant to talk to. This is definitely my go-to spot next time around. Glad I found this place.

Me and my fiancé went in looking and left with a beautiful one of a kind piece- a raw clustered blue sapphire, crested in diamonds ring. A striking token of love to symbolize our relationship. Hands down expertise and friendly ness. I had to get it sized which only took two days, so I returned with my daughter and the owner gave her a special box and candy. The best customer service and down to earth people- a rarity to find self owned and operated business with knowledge and respect

I’ve had multiple wonderful experiences at this business. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and they never try to rip you off! The first time I went in I needed help getting a couple charms on a necklace. They did it in minutes and didn’t charge me a thing! I most recently went in to get some earrings reset due to a reaction I was having when wearing them. They walked me through a variety of options and recommend I give them a really good cleaning and come back in two weeks if the earrings still hurt. The owner cleaned them up for me and sent me on my way without charging anything again! Just goes to show how lovely they treat their clientele. My other family members have come to this business over the years and love it. If you’re looking for a wonderful small business that will take good care of you then this is the place!

Such a wonderful place. The owners are very kind and friendly. I felt that they took their time to listen to what I was looking for and advised me accordingly. In the end, I was told that I didn't need a new clasp for my necklace. A repair was made for me instead, free of charge. I will definitely return.

I went there to have one watch, the wristband repaired and the other a battery changed. The lady was very helpful and managed to fix the watch and replace the battery. Nice selection of jewelry as well. Recommend it.

I went in to get my old watch adjusted, great service. Tina was very nice and helpful and shout out to Andy. He realized my battery didn’t work and replaced it as well as adjusted my watch. 10 out 10 would recommend and I’ll be going there for my jewelry needs in the future

I went to West Portal Jewelers for the first time to get my watch battery replaced and miscellaneous jewelry fixed. Everything I brought in was fixed in no time by the sweet lady working in the shop. I even left with a pretty pair of new earrings. I will be returning for more.

Great selection if you're buying, or just need to have your battery changed. I thought my battery was dead, turns out the manufacturer didn't seal the back properly and all I had was a rusted-out, diamond-studded piece of sheet. Point is: I wouldn't have found this out without my knowledgeable friends at West Portal Jewellers. Thankee.
