The
hotel
is
very
conveniently
located,
so
that
you
can
walk
to
many
cool
neighborhoods.
It's
walking
distance
to
Haight
Ashbury,
Castor
or
The
Painted
Ladies.
The
service
was
basic
but
good.
The
building
is
very
old,
it
has
no
elevator,
and
to
reach
the
rooms
you
climb
wooden
stairs
that
creek,
which
gives
it
a
charming,
authentic
appeal.
The
entire
place
is
very
clean
and
smells
amazing.
The
rooms
are
micro-
rooms,
though.
The
space
is
so
small
that
the
sink
is
in
the
bedroom
instead
of
the
bathroom.
The
view
we
had
was
the
one
of
the
wall
of
the
building
next
door,
but
we
didn't
expect
a
view
anyway.
All
in
all,
for
a
couple
of
nights
in
SF,
you
will
have
a
good
location,
a
clean
room
and
a
comfy
bed.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
fancy
hotel,
with
the
lobby,
restaurant,
gym,
spa
etc...
-
this
is
not
your
place.
