Very fancy place, comfortable and friendly. The attendance was fast and prompt, good vibes. Also the restroom is fancy and very clean, the man restroom code is 0707 and the woman restroom code is 0909, just for customer of course haha. They have good tables and comfortable couch as well.

I was really impressed when I first got to this Starbucks location. It looks grand from the outside to the inside. The decor is really nice, clean, spacious. It's nice to sit here and enjoy your drinks. However I left really disappointed. I ordered my drink online and was waiting for a long time. When it passed the estimated time, I went to the pickup area to ask them about my drink. The barista ignored me, didn't even check my order at all, no communication whatsoever. Other baristas weren't much better. They all looked grumpy. My drink was okay, the whipped cream was weird, not smooth like how I get it at other location. That's a disappointment for Starbucks. Starbucks, you can do better than that!

Guy with the blonde, bad Service, First come first serve. I came first, but I got served second. And when I got my drink. It doesn't look like the one I used to get. And taste funny. Thank you, the young lady worker, adjusted for me. And she knows the don’t color right. Thank you young lady.

Extremely poor service, ordered a venti iced latte with nonfat milk, the barista got only the ice right after asking me twice and gave me a grande matcha latte. Never happened at other locations.

They lied about how many pumps they put into my chai latte. They told me they put 4 pumps. It didn't taste right. When I looked at my receipt on the app, it only said 1 or 2 pumps. They did this more than once. The first time I thought it was a mistake. The second time, I realized they do this on purpose.

I stayed at Sheraton San Gabriel. This Starbucks is in the same property attached to the hotel. I stopped by three time and they never had blonde expresso machine going and that is what I like so I ended up going back without my coffee every day. Disappointed!!!!

Overall, this Starbucks location is quite nice. However, I did experience some frustration with the wait time. While I understand the importance of employee training, it shouldn't come at the expense of customer service. Waiting for an extended period of time can be frustrating, especially when you're on a time schedule. I would appreciate it if the staff could prioritize both employee training and efficient customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

Nice-looking Starbucks store. Extremely nice-looking, actually. Offers charging stations near the back, and diverse seating choices. A bit pricier than the Starbucks prices I'm used to, though, by about a dollar.

I always order a venti matcha latte which the total is always 5.80, at this location is 7.44 - almost 2 dollars extra, that’s insane not even at the airport
