Be aware of deep cleaning scam. I came here for a routine check up and cleaning. I have great oral hygiene, so i was surprised when they said i needed a deep cleaning. But it had been a year since I got my last cleaning so I didnt think much of it. At check out, they told me i had to pay $85. My ppo insurance covers cleaning and checkup 100% so I didnt understand why i had to pay. They said that i didnt have a regular cleaning but a debridement. Which was “preliminary for my deep cleaning” and they said it was an insurance issue because some insurances dont cover debridement and check up on the same day. Had i just had a regular cleaning or even come in a different day to finish my check up, my insurance would’ve covered the whole thing! They didnt communicate the difference, used s bunch of medical terms to confuse me, then shifted the blame to me and my insurance. When i checked online after, i found out that it’s a universal policy of the AMERICAN DENTAL ASSOCIATION to not allow these two things on the same day. After a lot of back and forth, they ended up refunding me the $85 but they charged my insurance for a regular cleaning. so i got scammed out of that and now have to wait 6 months. I didnt want to take any chances for the deep cleaning so i asked for a preauthorization. After 2 weeks of not hearing back, i went to two different dentists for 2nd opinions and both of them said i definitely DID NOT need a deep cleaning. One star because they did refund me and did not make a fuss of transferring my xrays to my new dentist. Do not recommend…

As much as we hate having dental visits, my family and I actually really enjoy seeing Dr Amy Tran. She is very detail and patient oriented and provides excellent quality care. Her hygienists and entire staff are also very wonderful. They are all very friendly and efficient and make our dental trips comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Amy Tran to anyone who wants quality dental care.

Absolutely the best dentist, hygienists, and receptionists in the SGV! Very up to date equipment and methods. Super friendly. They explain everything very clearly and treat you with respect. Dr. Tran is a fantastic dentist as well as down to earth and easy to talk to. Ruby, my usual hygienist, is so thorough and skilled at what she does. Sweet and funny, too. I highly recommend this dental office!

I've been receiving dental treatment from Dr Amy for several years & she has improved my dental health perfectly. She helped resolve things I didn't know how to address. A good person & even better dental, with great staff to make dental visits comfortable. I watch Netflix in a gentle massage chair during procedures & receive clear, concise explanations of my dental plan. Treatment so nice my daughter is now a happy patient 😊👍🏼

The staff is friendly though the wait is usually about 30 minutes. Also my last cleaning was not covered by my insurance and the fee was around $170.00. This would of been beneficial information to have had prior to the visit as if I did not have the money it would of been a huge waste of time and gas.

Very professional dental services. I'm having major repairs done on older caps & crown; I also lost some teeth due to complications from disease. Dr. Amy Tran is doing excellent reconstruction in a collaborative work environment.

Went to see Amy after 8 years of not going to the dentist. She went above and beyond to explain the current status of all my teeth. She also listened to me when I told her I've been struggling dealing with chronic gastritis. After examining my teeth, Ruby did an excellent job deep cleaning my teeth. 5/5 would recommend to everyone.

1st visit to a new dentist. Small location but run like a tight ship. Everybody friendly. Very attentive hygenist and knew what she was doing. Some different procedures used but that's to be expected. Dr. Tran took plenty of time to get to know me on this 1st visit - I feel I can go to her with any issues I may have in the future. Too early to tell how it will pan out in the years to come but I am hopeful.
