First time here and super DISAPPOINTING. I came here with my wife to meet some friends that where already there in a karaoke both. I will say that the food and drinks are excellent but the service is lacking. I placed my order at 9:04pm (time stamped on receipt) . Ordered 3 things. 1 drink was ready within 5 minutes. My 2 other items weren't ready until 9:47pm. I gave my wife her drink so she can go join our party while I waited for my drink and food. The young girl noticed I had still been waiting and asked me what order. She looked at my receipt and they forgot to make my particular drink and food. She apologized after she gave me items which is fine. I lost a lot of time that I could have been with my party. Definitely WILL NOT COME BACK. I understand that things happen but this is a huge fluke and do not care to come back here again.

Great idea for date night or a group get together! Loved their boba tower and will try boba bottle service next. We also enjoyed the variety of different snacks! This place is really a one stop shop for a fun afternoon or evening - snacks, boba, arcade, karaoke, and even a little corner to buy cute things! Lots of seating indoors but there are also 2 outdoor patios with plenty of seating and shade.

The dirty nom nom milk tea here is pretty darn good! Pretty sugary, if you like that. The tapioca balls can be inconsistently hard/soft, though. I also got the popcorn chicken, which was decent, but not that great. Plus, there are a ton of claw game machines here. Overall, pretty nice, and would go again.

I wish it was easier to get cash for tokens. You have to pay extra to give the money. Ridiculous. Some of the claw machines are winnable via skill, others I watched the whole night and not a single person won. The claws are way too weak on the bigger claw machines and it doesn't matter how many times you try, it basically let's go. Staff basically ignores you. But it is otherwise an awesome place to go with good food and drinks and great atmosphere.

This is a great place to chill, play game and hang out with a group of friends. They have lots of options including karaoke, table tennis and billiards. But, I'm not sure about serious pool players, better to go to Pool halls. Not much to say about their food and drinks, don't expect any exceptional service from the staff.

Been here for quite a while over the years has a nice ambience but it can be really dark at times and the lighting is very dim. The things that they added in the back plenty of stuff to do and hang out. The food is okay fairly average prices for okay drinks recommend trying their unique special drinks just to see how different they are compared to other places and it gives it its own uniqueness. parking can be extremely hard to find depending how busy it is the parking lot is extremely small so be careful trying to get in and out. Personally enjoy coming here throughout the years but it has been a while since I came back mainly because it's kind of dark or dim to try to study or do some work at. Lots of seating though but not a lot of tables so don't expect to get a lot of work done.

I've been here only twice but even after the first time I was recommending this place to everyone I talked to. Great food, friendly service, and a chill vibe to tie everything together perfectly. They had one half of the inside as a lounge and the other half was dedicated to an arcade. Lots to do from claw machines, ping pong, pool tables, and Kareoke. Definitely making this my new go to Kareoke spot.

My second time to factory tea bar tbh, after 3 years. They are still pretty darn good! I’d recommend, it’s a really cool chill place with your friends Whoopsieee forgot to take a pic of my drink 😉 but go for yourself to see their yummy selections
