I was there yesterday for treatment and because of my work I have seen a dentist in different parts of the world and never ever have I been treated by a dentist with such professional attention. And with human attention and the staff who assisted me and the secretary. It honestly shocked me. Almost a year for a crown and a secretary doesn't even care to call when I arrive, I'm still waiting for them to call me, but if I keep asking for authorization from the plan, it expires and I'll ask again for not doing their job on time.
