The place was dirty. And my requested for cleaning services wasn’t answered. There was no water in the toilet. There was trash on the walkways and stairs. The bed frame was VERY dusty. If we had the time to go elsewhere, we would have gone! I wish I could give them no stars at ALL.

Way too crowded for my taste. Came here on a whim due to being in the area made the mistake of going on a Monday that was a holiday and man were people packed like sardines in there. And the river was dirty so you only had option to pack into the pool or just sit at a a table. Save yourself the time and go to a beach or rent a airbnb this place isn't all that it's hyped up to be.

Too crowded. Bathrooms and changing stations are very dirty, even though they charge per person to enter the facility. Music too loud.

I gave 3 starts because my room got flooded and they called maintenance to clean. 3 hours after got flooded again. I went to the office, I asked to be change room and the told me they couldn't do that. Food is good, and bar.

We stayed at a villa. Very quite place. You could hear music but not late in the night which was good. The place was really clean and we had fun watching a dog and a donkey roam around the place. The true image of nature.❤️

This place really sucks, TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE, there’s no social distance, only one big pool with like 200 ppl in it, the river is so nasty and dirty, the place is too crowded and there’s no covid-19 regulations at all. Bathrooms (forget ab it). We literally walked in and then walked right out.

Music too loud. The peaceful nature doesn't go well with that noise. Water pool not too clean. River was beautiful and clean that day. Thanks God it wasn't that crowded. Family friendly if is not crowded. If it wasn't for the loud music it would be a Great place to stay. That's why I'll give them 2 stars. Too loud music.

This place has been a staple in the Sajoma area for many years and is well-known by locals. This place has many pools and serves food and drinks. The pools were ok but cloudy on the day we visited. The place was also packed on a thursday and had the music loud as is typical. I also recommend wearing water shoes or flip-flops since the entire area has slippery tile. The slides weren't working and since it was later in the day we were told the kitchen was only serving pizza. We ordered one and it was definitely a microwave pizza. We also paid extra for the VIP passes which were a waste. The VIP area was empty except for one other family, and only had one cloudy pool without a ladder or steps to get in or out. Also, we had to go find a waiter since none were in the VIP area. This Place has a lot of potential and I have enjoyed seeing its growth. Someday this can become a top tier tourist area and resort. If you keep your expectations at the appropriate level and enjoy the typical loud party Dominican atmosphere then this place is for you. Now if you don't like crowds, loud music, and require high levels of service then you may want to skip this one.

Surrounded by mountains and about 40 minutes from Santiago this area is known by the locals as la ventana. Hacienda Verde has pools water slides and a restaurant and hotel for those who rather enjoy the rivers than the ocean . Most visitors are Dominicanas who live overseas but there are also tour buses from all over the island for locals to get there

We had a great family day here. The food was good and there were plenty of pools and views to enjoy.

The pool water seem to be unbalanced, Very cloudy water, very slepery floor near the pool. And the water slides poorly managed. Only one slide would be available at the time and the line would be long and boring at the time I was there. If those little details are better taken care an amazing place.

We went as part of a company activity, and I loved every aspect of it. When we arrived, they gave us welcome-drinks. The food was really tasty and there were two pools and slides, and a beautiful river. A place that anyone would enjoy!

Great food and drinks. Please clean the pools better and fix the showers, people are supposed to be able to shower before getting into the pools. Otherwise everything else was great. Water slides are very fast and fun!!! Great live music and entertaining DJ on Sunday afternoon.

Was good but I got complaints about the service and attention, luckily I'm from the zone and I accommodated myself. It was ok for me I'm native. Speak Spanish to them when y'all come.

This is a great place to take your younger children, usually earlier in the day, once it's jam packed a more adult theme takes over.

River was dirty mayve because of heavy rain that season. I visited on august . Also the pool section was really full and alot of cups and bottles all over the place .
