Very clean location with helpful/friendly front desk. It was a super busy day but she found a way to squeeze me in and treat me with compassion. The clinician was comforting and took her time diagnosing and answering questions. This is by far the best urgent care experience I’ve had.

We went to the Almaden area Carbon Health. The experience was far better than expected. It was easy to schedule an appointment and reschedule. Dd waited 10-15 mins on Friday evening. Front desk was courteous. The PA was very very good and did a thorough physical evaluation for my dtr’s sports team check. I will definitely go here again if needed.

Did a walk in and got very quick service (less than 5 min waiting). Great use of high tech. Nurses were friendly and did not rush me.

It was such a pleasant experience visiting the office! All of the staff were so nice and attending. Being treating with respect and kindness while being sick was a great plus for my husband and I! We were seen quickly by Dr Kayla and were happy with how thorough and personable she was. Overall, awesome experience!

I walked into carbon health at Almaden Ranch with a laceration to my left pinky. Check in was brief, and I was quickly taken to a treatment room wher the field dressing was removed and the wound cleaned by the nurse. He returned with the PA shortly. After examination, she administered anesthetic and stitched it up. Fantastic bedside manner and prompt care. I would recommend to anyone!

Such a great place with the best technology and platform and most caring and personalized staff! I met with joselle, urgent care physician assistant and she helped me with a minor cut dressing. My only complaint is the front desk. I had my appointment at 10am and was seen 10:20am. The receptionist was not efficient, didn't smile, no greeting, and I had to follow up myself at 10:15am asking if I was going to be seen and why the delay. I didn't get it. Lobby wasn't busy. But I think the front desk experience is important and lacking here. I am also not happy they don't have ER or 24/7 location so I may switch to Good Samaritan.

My experience was great Dr. Kim made me feel as comfortable as possible. I came in very nervous and she just was so patient and very kind. Explained everything that was going to happen and explained everything that I needed after. She answered all of my questions and made me feel alot better !! Thank you again Dr. Kim

This place is great, I was able to make an appointment and get in quick which I greatly appreciate. Also love how they accept my insurance. The receptionist and doctor were also very nice. Will definitely come back if I need urgent care.

Needed to get checked out...made an appointment at 9am on a Saturday morning, was able to be seen at 11AM. I filled out the questions on the website after creating an account and that made the appointment go quickly. After I arrived, waited about 15 minutes and was seen. Reception was helpful and professional, checkout went well, got a prescription ordered and was on my way. All good and I would use them again if needed.

Horrible service and rude staff. I will not be returning to Carbon Heath due to horrible experience. I was there prior to closing (after other location was closed due to plumbing issues and I had to drive 35 minutes in rush hour traffic) and Chrisenda Jaquez was very rude and did not conduct herself in a professional manner. I asked her to document what she was saying to me and she refused due to her unethical behavior that she did not want documented. Would not recommend any family of friends to go to Carbon Health. Go to Sutter Urgent Care where they treat their patients with care and are concerned with their well being.

I made an online appointment with Carbon Health for this afternoon. I was totally impressed with everyone from the front desk checkin to physicians assistant to the Doctor himself. I was taken exactly on time. A very friendly, professional group. I would not hesitate to return,

I will recommend Carbon Health to everyone that needs an urgent care facility in San Jose. My original call was to David in their Campbell office and he was not able to help me with an x-ray but he was kind enough to call the San Jose facility and get me an appointment for that afternoon. When I arrived at the San Jose facility, Justin checked me in and made sure that the x-ray that I had come in for was going to be done properly and read that evening which it was. Joselle was the PA and she calmed my fears and answered my questions and was a very enjoyable person to talk with. I am recommending Carbon Health to everyone.

I want to start off my saying the staff is very nice and the facility is clean BUT every time I go it seems the the doctors really aren’t helpful/knowledgeable. I paid a $50 co-pay just for the doctor to talk to me for 5 minutes and tell me to wait and see if the symptoms get worse. They did not try to really check me or provide any medication to prevent it from getting worse. It’s almost like they want you to wait on purpose so your symptoms progress and then you have to come in again and pay another co-pay. I have tried to give them multiple chances but at this point I recommend going somewhere else.

It was a quick service..very clean facility..and a great provider. She was very professional, thorough and took her time evaluating her patient and drug interactions. I used their service in New Jersey and it was just as good. Highly recommend this clinic in particular and this company!

Clean office, friendly and professional staff. I am very happy I chose this urgent care. The lady doctor listened carefully my concerns and explained me very clear what may be the issue with my health. She gave me recommendations for future investigation. She was very knowledgeable and caring. The nurse was also very professional and caring. Great service overall!! Thank you!

Fantastic job, I would go here all the time if I lived nearby. It’s a bummer I love 45 mint south. Glad I went here they’re better than my primary doctor, way better than dignity health. Hope they come to the Monterey, nurse listened and cared. Doctor listened and cared. It refreshed me and gave me back a little hope in humanity.

The Carbon health clinics I’ve been to are very clean, with socially distanced waiting rooms and clean, modern decor. Today’s visit went super smoothly and I didn’t have an appointment, but needed a TB screening. The staff were very professional and helpful. Thanks so much!

I made a same day appt online. When I got there, check in was easy. Hardly any wait. The staff was courteous, professional and empathetic. The Dr. Took her time with us, wasn’t rushed. And had great bedside manner. Will definitely come again if I ever need to go to the Dr. Thank you

Came here for a Covid booster and was seen almost an hour and a half after my appointment time. After half an hour of waiting and seeing a few patients go in before me, I asked the receptionist how long I still had to wait. Only after asking did she tell me that they had to thaw the booster vial and it took another 50 minutes before I finally received the vaccine. I understand the need to not waste doses but it really isn’t hard to give someone a heads up that the wait is potentially an hour long. A process to check in before arriving for the vaccine or at least some sort of warning online also would have helped!

I went in for an infected bite on my hand. Same day appointments were available, and I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment start time. I was examined and given antibiotics, and was out the door in about 20 minutes total. Every staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. Compared to a Kaiser ER visit, it was so quick and painless. And I generally like Kaiser - but this was just a way smoother experience. I will definitely go back to Carbon when the need arises.

I've been to carbon health on several occasions and never have I had a bad experience. There are always courteous and Professional. Each visit the doctor was able to diagnose my problem and give me the necessary medication or advice I needed. Also also any refearl that I needed if the problem couldn't be resolved at the clinic. I was able to get in today. (Sunday) without a long wait Very good team work! Thank you so much Carbon health for your professionalism and your and your convenient locations. ❤️
