Great baristas - especially Jerry. It can be a challenging place to work with busyness and urban environment - baristas and incredibly gracious and kind.

Sbux, while not allowing inside dining are still putting out their best

This Starbucks is great. The employees remembered me after only 1 visit. They will ask about my work and ask me about other things I never expected them to remember. Obviously a Starbucks is going to be similar wherever you go in the way of taste and whatnot. That is a given. This place stands out because the people here actually seem to care about their customers. I come back more and more just for the people.

Customer service was great and the store was clean. However, there was no indoor seating nor any available outlets anywhere inside to charge your devices. Outside seating area was decent, but there was a deranged homeless woman screaming profanities which detracted from the ambiance of the location. The drink was great, but I had to enjoy it on the go.

I arrived at 7:05. The door has a sign that they will open at 7:10. Right now its 7:15 and they haven’t open. I was nervous weather i should have waited. Everything turned out well at the end.sorry for the 4 star.

Jerry was incredibly rude to my neurodiverse daughter when she was trying to tell him her order. He made her cry. He loudly insulted in her front of customers. He tried to make it up by giving us a $4 gift card, but the damage was done. Completely unacceptable. BTW, we went to the same Starbucks the day before and had no issues, however, Jerry wasn't working at that time.

Moderate Customer Service. Seating outside the store is a good comfort, to chill & have the drink. The store is neat and well maintained. Some of the staff tend very well. Being in a Downtown area can sometimes be off-putting due to homeless individuals loitering around. Overall, a good Starbucks store to get a quick snack or drink.

By far the friendlier, better run starbucks in downtown. It might not have indoor seating, but it more than makes up for it by having kind and attentive staff that make you feel welcomed.

Standard starbucks, individual stars represent corporates involvement in the company. This specific is just a standard old boy, nothing unique nothing awful. It's just a starbucks.

Good service when it's not busy. Walked off after 10 minutes waiting for my drip coffee. Management needs to delegate its employees better. Register people at the Register, floaters floating, bar people on bar. Was exact opposite when I was there. Someone came in 5 minutes after me and got their drip immediately while I was still waiting & I asked if I could get mine and was denied.

Pretty bare bones. No seats inside. Pre-order your drinks or be prepared to wait a while.
