I really enjoyed this place. New owner is very friendly . Food is amazing . The cucumber water and the mango water is very flavorful. The waitress is very attentive . I will continue to come here as my go to authentic quick Mexican food restaurant. Big bonus.....I was able to eat with my dog . Mind you she was small ! Still they gave me water for her .

El Mazatleco Restaurant is a must-visit seafood Mexican spot with a stunning patio bar surrounded by lush greenery. The food is outstanding, and the customer service is excellent, with staff who go above and beyond to make your experience memorable. Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing atmosphere with great food and drinks.

My husband and I have been a here a few times, the food is very great and the service is great too . The food is not over priced and it’s delicious. I wish the restaurant was a bit bigger so they could have more seating but over all great 👍🏼

I would loooove to give 5 stars, but 4 is pretty great. We love to eat seafood (mariscos) and sinaloa seafood is one of the best. Here you have a lot of options of hot and cold dishes. We ordered camarones cucharacha , ceviche mixto (with cooked shrimp) and beef tacos (for the kid). The cucaracha were our favorites, the spicy and flavor were amazing. The ceviche was great, with great flavor. The tacos were tacos but well serve and tasty beef. The food was amazing and we really enjoy it. The patio is great, pretty big and with table space for these times. The reason i could not give 5 stars, was the service, the servers were very friendly and very attentive customer but there were only 2 servers for the whole restaurant, 1 bargirl and that's it, so the service was soooo slow that we waited more than 40 minutes for our food. They were not able to bring more chips because they were out of them. Even the drinks, even water, took a lot to came to the table. I totally recommend the place, just come having in mind the time you will wait for the food.

Excellent Place for Fresh Sea Food. Their Sushi Inventions are Amazing too. Portions are Excellent. If you want it Hot Fresh and Spicy this is the place. Soda Water with Lime was overpriced.

Tasted the Molcajete de marisco. Mixed seafood. Mixed results. Fish both fried and not were well cooked, tender and flavorful. The clam and muscle were chewy, still tasteful. Grilled whole shrimp were excellent, while the smaller shrimp weren't. Broccoli had lots of flavor while the squash didn't. I'll try something different next time. My wife tried the Gobernadores with beef. She really liked it, slightly spicy, with a crunchy tortilla outside, cheese, then a soft tortilla. My son had the quesadilla with chicken, very large and good

The outdoor patio for El Maza is so lovely on a summer evening and the staff is exceedingly friendly. It feels like a neighborhood stop, but it's a hidden oasis and the food is out of this world. The fish tacos are seriously some of the best I've had in the South Bay. Period. We also had the Pescado and the mango and shrimp tostada's. I liked both, but the mango and shrimp one has me drooling for more. The Margarita was good too! We'll be back soon!

I always come here for the sushi! This time I did takeout but I like to go to the restaurant on the weekends. The music is great, and the patio is very beautiful. If you never tried Mexican sushi, this is your time!

This place is my vibe. Great outdoor seating. Friendly servers. And most importantly, BOMB FOOD!! Everything we ordered we ordered here was fantastic. The flautas were amazing. Ceviche had heaping amount of fish. Their fish tacos were some of the best I had in recent memory. They only have street parking, but wasn’t too much of an issue. 100% recommend!!

The place is really cute and the service is amazing. Food is a little bit overpriced for the portions you get, I ordered ceviche mixto, which should have octopus and shrimp, barely any octopus, and there were more onions and tomatoes that actual shrimp or octopus. Other places like the one down the street don't charge you if you ask for extra chips.

The food here is quite decent. The standard Mexican food is legit (guac and chips). They have fun food like Mexican sushi as well. The ceviche with variety of seafood is refreshing. The best part of the restaurant though is the vibe of an upbeat music yet not too loud. I love an open air seating here as well. Unfortunately we have only two of us. It would be more fun to have many people partying here.

The place is nice but kinda hard to find. The food was great and so were the drinks. But sadly they're service needs work, our orders took way longer then expected. We did have a large group but the place wasn't busy at the time. Trying to order more of anything took even longer. Again the food was great but the service needs work.

Really good food. Different selection than many other places. Service was slow and it took a while. Nice people but plan to be there a bit if you go for lunch. I would go back.

A hidden gem! At first the artsy atmosphere blew me away, but even better was the crema horchata, tortilla soup, vibrantly flavorful carnitas quesadilla, and beautifully plated delicious tacos. I'm amazed. Definitely coming back, with friends!
