The manager does not have manner how to talk to customer and how to give customer service…He made the worng order and then he is telling me to bring food back…and i again went home to bring the food which he made wrong and he said give this back which was eaten a little bit and then he will bring new one…And there is no such rule …as if now he has seen that food was given wrong to me…There is no such rule that they can ask bavk the food which is alraedy some eaten …That’s a really bad manger over here…We will never come at this taco bell again…Worst experience ever…

Worst experience ever. Never visit this taco bell. A guy here was too rude. I ordered food and first of all they made wrong order and then when I told him about that. He was literally shouting at me and my husband. It was so humiliating. Worst staff during the night. This guy was so rude, I would never recommend anyone visiting this taco bell in the Westfield Oakridge mall. Poor customer service, poor food.

This place is kiosk order. After waiting 10 minutes, I noticed a lot of people after me were getting their stuff, all I ordered was a drink. I went to the front and kindly ask the worker about it and she claimed she didn't receive it. She then rudely proceeded to questioned if I even ordered correctly. So I showed her my receipt. I had to show it twice because she was in disbelief and didn't want to look. She kept repeating herself and glancing at it. I got my drink, no apology, just rudeness. Not worth waiting.

The music outside is very bad and too loud. The people who make the food are sloppy, they always mess up when they make my food.

Have gone twice and both times my order has been missing an item.

I got me the steak grilled cheese nacho fries. I am very disappointed it’s not worth the price. S4.49. I didn’t have much steak. Not a lot of fries at all. I would get my money back if I could. I’m very upset
