Four stars for the food. They maintained the quality and taste just like in other branches of Jollibee. However, there's too much ice cubes in their float. Two stars for the service. The lady in the counter was tapping on the table when I was still thinking what to order. It wasn't my fault that they didn't have what I want and I had to rethink what to order instead (was just 30 seconds after she told me my orders were not available). She's impatient and kinda rude. Three stars for the atmosphere. They kind of overdid cleaning the restroom. It's clean but the smell was really sharp. No tissue paper available and the sink outside was clogged. PS. Food prices in this branch is quite higher than the normal branch. I think they have additional 10-15% im the prices.

If you're looking for good food this is the best fast food chain I can recommend. The food is always great and the prices are always fair.

The most popular fast food chain in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro What I really like about on this place was they're following the new IATF guidelines for COVID-19 and they passed the inspection already so that the government gave them the SAFETY SEAL which means its really safe to eat here. They're using the Staysafe app as well.

Typical Jollibee Food its good ...... But this one is different ... Blown speakers bass music literally was a bit annoying and AC spitting water 💧 condensate wasn't a biggie but can be annoying lol ..... Service? Its not bad but not as good as the other Jollibee that I've seen / visited ...... but again the music 🎶 can be adjusted accordingly and please check those blown speakers and 10x music on repeat lol other than that ... FOOD is Good ....

It has good ambiance and nice way of serving people. It serves the true and unique taste of Jollibee. But there are times that it's really crowded and can't accommodate large amount of costumers especially on peak hours and holidays.

Excellent service! I was there last year with my family, the food was very good quality and the ambience it's so nice. My family were very happy when saw Jollibee. I'd love to go there next month.
