The food and price is awesome, really worth it. The service was almost terrible, the cashier have no patience to explain how works the restaurant, if it's your first time like it was to us, please read well the menu on the wall, cause the cashier who will take your order, have no patience. The waiter was angry, untill he see the tip on the table, so he really turns his face up.

I ordered the plate with lobster and steak. Lobster was too overcooked, or like it was frozen from weeks, dry. Steak was a small piece, a piece full of nerves, worst steak ever eaten for such a high price. One star up is for the good service.

While the wait due to being mothersday was a bit long the staff as well the salad Bar geeat. Notting what the others in my party ordered the food was well prepared. The staff were very attentive to the customers as well rest rooms were ok. I would highly suggest others to dine there.

Usually the food is great, however; this particular day the food was the worst! I ordered the steak & jumbo shrimp with a loaded baked potato...the steak was even upgraded! When I arrived home all ready to chow down, I only had butter and sour cream for the half cooked potato and the steak was burned up I mean black the cheesy bread was the end of the loaf, the lemon appeared to have been used and the jumbo shrimp was all I was actually able to eat

Delicious food, great prices, wonderful and helpful staff. Highly recommend getting unlimited salad and soup bar. Delicious clam chowder. Unfortunately tiny bathrooms but amazing place to eat for a date or family get together. Plus Free delicious Ice cream.

Don’t come here on a Sunday. The restaurant treats party sizes differently. Large party get treated better than. Small party. Shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a dinners. And the server was rather rude. I use to work in a restaurant and we never treated size separate. When we received our food it was cold.

This is one of those restaurants that you take for granted. The staff is friendly and know many of their regulars by name. The food is fresh, delicious and affordable. The salad bar is great and includes a self-service soft serve ice cream bar. Comfort food at its best! Make sure you try their cheese toast.

Went on 10/29/23. We waited some time for our food and when it came it was cold and the steak and lobster for my daughter it was over cooked and stuck in the shell.Her steak was charred and still like that she ate some until I was able to get our waitresses attention. She brought another steak but it was just as overcooked. We came to this one because the one in Santa Clara the food is just as bad. The steaks are really overcooked. I can at least say Santa Clara location does have a better salad bar. My husband's ribeye steak was also burned. They never came to refill our drinks and we were thirsty. Unfortunately we will not be going back to any Sizzler in our area.

Father’s Day mistake. My daughter asked where I wanted to go I said Sizzler. One of my favorite restaurants. I have not been there in a while since not really close to my home. Forced to. Stand in line for 45 minutes. Father’s Day expected. Cashiers rude snapping at us Many tables open sat down. Salad bar dirty empty. Entry arrived I was so looking forward to it Lobster tail was cold rubbery inedible ,steak overcooked barely warm I wanted medium rare. i have worked and eaten in restaurants my entire life. I was insulted to be served obvious bad food. I returned plate. They offered to remake it. No thank you. Realize staff was busy but seriously No excuse

Last time I was here was 2005. I literally drive by this place in my way to work, but never knew why I didn’t come out here for dinner. Took my wife and kids out to this place for the first time in 18 years. The steak, grilled salmon and the salad bar were delicious. Awesome reasonable price and the awesome staff. Can’t believe I didn’t come out here for 18 years 😅

I haven't been to a Sizzler in years. My local Sizzler closed. I LOVE their salad bar that is my favorite go to!! Servers & staff were excellent! They are caring & helpful. We had a large party of 25 and we were treated like VIPS!! Thank you and I will be returning to the salad bar soon!!

The food is good. My favorite is the steak and all you can eat shrimp. Including the salad bar, especially all you can eat. Desserts they have is ice cream. Cones or in a bowl. Refills on sodas. They have a variety of food to choose. It's a good place for family.

Food is aleays good, and the servers are some of the friendliest I've ever had. Downside can be the line to order...usually only one cashier, and the line can grow to at least 15 people sometimes. Get there early for a shorter line, lime 5 to 5:30pm.

I suppose you just don't go to Sizzler if you're hoping for a really high quality meal. I was really disappointed with the quality-to-price ratio, too. Our waiter was great, however, fantastic service! Queueing to order at a counter, paying for the cost of the meal *and tip* up front before even receiving anything, and then having a table server, still feels like a really sketch business model to me, but whatever. The whole experience was just mediocre. I'd recommend finding a true buffet-style restaurant... if that's what you're hoping for with Sizzler, you will be disappointed.

You really can't go wrong here. The Rib Eye is succulent and the lobster is perfectly cooked. They also have one of the best salad bars if not the Best salad bar. And gou shouldn't leave without hitting up the self serve Sunday Bar with frozen yogurt. Enjoy!

We now order the Rib eye steak, and it's delouise! Service was fast, and Emily and Chu, spoil us. Best Salad bar in town. We go once a week for that delouise steak. Keep up the good work, Sizzler.

This place did a fantastic and high appreciated service. Brought my family of 14 and they were taken care of well. Gloria and Emily were the best, they made us feel welcomed and explained everything with great detail. I will recommend this location to friends and other family members.

We have been here many times but the last time we were there I never enjoyed my meal as much as I did that day everything was perfect customer service was great makes us want to go sooner than later

Their steaks are awesome, and for the price I'd say the best in the area! Glad to see the salad bar is up and running again. Definitely a great choice for dinner!

It's nice clean , guest service is on track. But the drink come to us with LIPSTICK all over them. I told the nice man please take these back. But every else was good. Their portions is kinda small. Would I recommend? Maybe or maybe not.

Food was great. Meat was a little dry. The all you can eat shrimp was good. Haven't been here in years but they have very good deals going on.

Its my first time to eat here and I'm already planning my next meal here. The Steak Cut are thick and tasty. I absolutely love the salad bar. Also our server Marietta is the best. The entrance is a little bit confusing because the front entrance doesn't have a direct way from the parking lot, but it works. The Iced Coffee is a little plain, though that's on me I expected that its like the Cinnabon Iced Coffee. Overall thee experience is great and I will definitely recommend the place.

This place is touch and go but our last visit was exceptional! Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Our server was so friendly and very attentive to all of her customers. The place was clean including the soda fountain and salad bar. They have cut back on certain salad bar items but I'm sure they have limited staff and overhead costs to reduce. We will return during the hours and days to get yhe same server. Hoping the next visit is just as fun and delicious!

Steak was good, but the sides are absolutely horrible. They were out of baked potatoes so maybe that would have made it better. Mashed potatoes are identical to instant box kind. Same taste and texture. Cheese bread is very disappointing! Soggy toasted white bread.

You have to taste the strawberry lemonade, it's delicious!! When I go to Sizzler, I always take "the trio plate" if you are starving, it has meat, chicken and shrimp in good size with fries and sauces. You'll love it.

Candelario was our sever and he was amazing! It was a busy Mothers Day, they were under staffed and he had to work a 10 hour day. He didn’t let that slow him down, he was really kind checked on us several times. Thank you Candelario!

The salad bar was really well taken care of and very green leafy veggies. My burger was okay. The bun was a bit hard at one end. The waitress was very friendly.

The steak was half gristle and the service was terrible

This is a great place to take family and especially kids! The food is great for the most part, where the only reason I've given four stars is that the meat can get occasionally bland. Apart from those rare occurences, the service is relatively quick and the complimentary ice cream machine is always something to look forward to.

I always get the salad bar. Never disappointed! Our server was attentive and very accommodating. Food was great!

Very clean. They sanitizer tables and counters every time a customer leaves. Food quality is excellent. Steal was cooked perfectly. Server was fabulous. I can't remember his name though. But great friendly service.
