My uncle was doing well came too this hospital was dead I a few days of arriving then too make matters worsening I was made too wait a minimum of 15 minutes in the lobby every time I want to visit was also was threatened by a nurse that threatened me with security because she barely spoke English and was later taken to where my uncle was and she said I should file a complaint and a lot of people already have about that department I drove all the way from Hollister and after being able to decide my uncle being pulled off life support I can't take home him wallet without a power of attorney from a dead man not sure why make drive my mother all the way down here after being told she had adequate documentation but now being told it won't work what happened to responsibility seems like everyone these days is busy looking for reasons why they can't do their jobs instead of doing what they're supposed to you work at a hospital too help people not make their lives complicated for no reason other than wasting paper and killing trees need to do what you're supposed to at a hospital don't just show up for a check help people that's what you're paid for

Worst experience ever. I went in for a rash. Explained what I had already done and what hadn't worked. The doctor literally started telling me I needed to do what I'd already been doing. She sent me for blood work- I got the results back- several readings were out of the ordinary and I heard nothing back from the doctor to explain the results. Then I noticed on my record and the woman wrote down the wrong symptoms- said I had several wounds. The incompetence of the doctor was astounding. Do NOT use this place.

By far the worst experience I've had at any urgent care. I could write an essay on how difficult they made it to just get an appointment and get antibiotics. I will do anything in my power to not have to come here again and will most likely be changing my health care plan.

Too bad this is where all the government funds go to- the people there are overworked and so they become rude. I was there getting help for 2 1/2 hours then I got to the pharmacy which was a small waiting room so I had for my prescription out in corridors ( no 6 ft rule in pharmacy- people were squeezed in like sardines!)and a lady came by in a scrubs outfit and told me I had to wait outside the hospital for my medicine. Really? I give up!!

Complete disrespect ! Learn how to talk to people. Why get a job if you are miserable !!

It was much faster than I expected. The staff was very courteous and Dr. Padmashri Srinivasa was outstanding. I’ve never met a doctor as wonderful as her. She told me to ask for her on my follow up and she came out to see me to check on my healing and I felt like a VIP...!

Very bad experience. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Visit Sat April 8, 2017 I was checked in, brought in,and saw doctor and out the door in 45 minutes! Everyone from the check in lady at front desk to the RN to the Doctor were all professional, nice and seemed like they loved their jobs! The way it should be! 5 * I will be back to this clinic. Thank you.

Had to come here during interim insurance. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Staff was very efficient and polite. There was a delay in me being seen, but the staff acknowledged this fact and was more than eager to get me seen, and out as quickly as possibly, something which I totally appreciated. Also Lab and Pharm are all next to each other, fully serviced medical facility. My doctor though ...super efficient and awesome 🙌🏽💁🏽‍♂️ He was very thorough and had great bedside manners as the nurse who checked me out, and the LVN who checked me in. I had to wait for almost an hour from my appointment time , (they were super busy so totally understandable) but the extra star was I was out of there with meds and lab work in less than 30 minutes from the finish of my exam. I’m happy and very satisfied with my visit , given the mixed reviews listed. I would have to say this place is operating at par- if not above * , given the huge amount of patients and range of services provided. Nobody likes being sick or in pain, but to be able to be seen the same day and have a full visit and lab work done in less than an 1:30 minutes is pretty close to a private hospital setting of service ( service was A1 - minus the setting). Worst experience waiting in the “EXPRESS CARE CENTER.” There is nothing express about this part of the hospital. The nurses aren’t attentive at all and really don’t share any concern for anyone pain or health. They claim there is only 1 doctor that is assisting everyone which is completely unacceptable. The hospital should be filled with doctors Or at least should be able to lend a doctor from somewhere else. I have been waiting here is 5 and a half hours and still counting. The only response that I get from anyone here is “the doctor is checking on it.” I am completely unhappy with any of the service and I will be contacting the CEO of the hospital

Not an express care when there is one doctor why it is poorly staffed.

I love valley Medical they help transition transgenders so I’m really grateful for this hospital because I had Kaiser Permanente for 26 years and they do not transition the LGBTQ community with estrogen it’s against their religious beliefs so that’s hospital puts health before religion so I am very fortunate to have Valley medical who puts my health and my mental well-being before religion

The process of accepting patient and lab test was fast. Results came fast and I got my medication quickly. The whole process took an hour and I'm very satisfied

Doctor meenakshi Jain should not be operating as a doctor at all!!!! How she got her medical license is beyond me. Thank God for O Connor Hospital otherwise i would have been dead. Useless doc!!! Just telephone appointments and get billed for it. DO NOT GO TO HER 😠

I have been waiting for 5hrs now, and no one seems to care , they just keep telling me I will be called soon but I don't see that happening.

I have been trying to set up an appointment with the gynecologist for about a week now. They never pick up the phone or return the call. It’s so frustrating!!
