Came here about an hour and a half before closing and there was surprisingly a 15 minute wait for a table even though the place was fairly empty. Our waitress wasn't super friendly but our orders were correct so that was a plus. Our food was okay tasting and not cold but it wasn't spectacular. Our salsa was basically just water and the bathroom was dirty but it was just about closing time.

Bartender told me I could not sit in the bar area, because he was too busy. Decided to wait for the hostess to seat me....but one never appeared. The bartender locked eyes with me as I left, and didn't even care. This was a 1 pm, lunch time. This location has gone down hill, and I am reminded why I don't like eating at this location. Worst service ever!

Don’t bother to come here, was standing there along with 2 other customers for 15+ minutes and nobody bother to greet or take our names down. At least 3 different waiters passed by but pretended did not see us. It was around 5 pm on a Saturday. Only 5 tables had customers were eating and there were at least 4 waiters working. Why opened the door for business if nobody bother to serve?

Have been coming to this location and the customer service has always been rough. Welcomed by the host and found a table quickly for my party of 4. However, what was disappointing that our server was nowhere to be found, so we get out of our table and go to the kitchen to find them ourselves. Already, I could tell that this location wasn't operating under great management as employees weren't communicating with each other while surveying the dining floor, tables were left uncleaned, and some employees were simply walking around to kill time. Our server finally took our order, but we then had a new server come in, Kristina. She was just a blessing. She was kind, cordial, and attentive. She had control of the dining room floor and knew how to timely check in on the other diners. Service with a smile at its best! To me, she had the presence and authority of the shift manager; however, to my surprise, Kristina is a new employee who just completed corporate training, which explains why is of a better caliber and has great customer service skills. Thank you, Kristina for making our special night great!

Amazing customer service. As soon as we came in a we were served drinks. The manager was engaging in conversation with many tables and there was tons of laugher and friendliness throughout the restaurant. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so welcomed in a place as I did here 10/10

I ordered the ultimate smokehouse combo and it was pretty much all cold when it was brought out to me. Very disappointing. The corn was good though. Would have been better if it was hot. Ribs were very dry. Would not order ever again

Got here, waited 10 minutes for them to come to the door to ask order number/name. Waited an additional 15 minutes *After* they got my info and Nothing. No update, not even a glance to let me know Anything at all. They just kept sitting around laughing & talking. Awful, horrible service. This is Not how you do business

We go there around 3 to 4 pm and can never get waited on even though no one is in the place. If we decide to go to the bar and wait, still no service. I know shifts may be changing, but we should at least be able to get a drink while we wait. Sometimes we don't go because we didn't feel like sitting at the bar empty handed while waiting for a table. If it was crowed, I would understand.

Really bad service. We waited at the table for 15 minutes, no one showed up. People waiting to be seated the entire time. There were only two seated customers in the entire restaurant. We moved to the bar thinking we might get better service. The bartender said, I'll service you in a minute. Meantime he was cutting limes...10 minutes passed and we walked out. Never going back.

I have to love this place if only because it is the favorite restaurant of my daughter. But it is nice that they have options which I enjoy as well, such as shrimp fajitas which are very good here (their Cajun pasta is also pretty decent). My daughter usually gets the same thing, a macaroni and cheese which just has to be in that style, or else she wouldn't eat it, along with Mandarin oranges. Most importantly though, for it to be the perfect dinner for my daughter, it has to end with the molten chocolate cake which only Chili's knows how to make the way she likes. The place is very spacious and clean and the service is always excellent, they always make sure that we are satisfied. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait , but now they finally have started seating in the bar again since the pandemic, and there's usually almost no wait to sit in the bar. I definitely recommend this place for families, but is also good for a group of adults since they have some nice drinks and plenty of decent appetizers.

My friend and I came for the drinks and appetizers and we loved the experience. I’ve been to different Chili’s many times but we had the nicest server who was making our drinks at the bar. He made a great classic and strawberry margarita!

Very bad service came to eat with my husband and my daughter waited 30 min for someone to seat us but no one showed up no manager no service no nothing disgusting service and they had one person that was cleaning tables but never came up to us or let us know someone was gonna help soon or just nothing sad. We went to ihop and got the best service ever ihop blossom hill is the one to go to .👍🏻

Not impressed. My food was ok. My friends order was wrong. Was told could not eat at the tables in the bar area. Kitchen floor was gross. Unfriendly staff. One of the employees actually ate a chip right out of the tray right in front of me ( in the kitchen area-he didn't see me ) this place is just no.

Sit down at table at 3:10, food served at 4 pm. Margarita was nothing but ice with halloween candies. Waitress with glasses on never paid attention to what we needed. Never coming back.

Please never order delivery through the Chilis app. I order through the Chilis app from this location and they sent me wrong food (they added bacon to a vegetarian food) and said they can’t redeliver or refund because the DoorDash delivery person should have opened and checked order before leaving the store. The app does not say that they deliver through DoorDash and they were just rude. Horrible customer service.

Horrible experience with the woman behind the bar. She’s rude and has zero people skills. No one greeted us and everything is dirty. I left without ordering. I live nearby However, after today’s experience, I would rather drive for 10 min and eat somewhere else! No thanks!

If I could give no start I would! Took 1 hr to get a table, mind you it was pretty empty! After finally getting a table( which was dirty) it took 20 for someone to take our order. Once the order was taken it took another 35 mins and when the food came it was cold! We also witnessed several customers complaining to the manager, which was rude. Staff was just standing around dirty tables everywhere. In other words RUN!

Chili's is ALWAYS a great place to go for good food. Last week, I went twice to the one off Almaden, and each time was a pleasure. Our waiter on my first visit, Kenny, was VERY sweet. The poor thing did his best to see to each of his tables WHILE playing busboy! I guess this restaurant is experiencing the same thing most businesses are right now in a lack of employees, so I think the waiters were having to do double duty that night (and cover more tables than usual). So it did take time for Kenny to get to us for refills, but that wasn’t his fault, and he was super apologetic when he finally returned. But there was no cause for that because low staffing isn't his fault (or the restaurant's, really, because they have a Hiring sign right outside the door). Anyhow, about the food! I hadn't been to Chili's in years, so I opted for the chicken fajita platter. And it was as good as I remembered. My uncle and cousin were with me, and my uncle had never seen the platters before and was super impressed, even saying he would have to remember to get that the next time. My uncle had his favorite Turkey Club sandwich, and my cousin loves the Loaded Potato Soup. But word of warning: The fajita platter is HUGE! Either come with an appetite or expect to take half of it home. You get 3 to 4 tortillas, chicken (or steak or shrimp or a combo of 2 or 3), black beans, rice, and the typical fajita vegetables of grilled onions and bell peppers. PLUS you get a separate tray of condiments (salsa, pica de gallo, sour cream, shredded cheese, & guacamole). It really is a FILLING meal and SO good! My last visit was with a friend from high school whom I hadn't seen since graduation (and, no, you don't get to learn how long ago THAT was 😉). I decided to try the Quesadilla Salad, and, WOW, was THAT filling! I had to take half of it home. I didn't catch our waiter's name for this visit, but when I asked for a box, he asked if I wanted to take the chips home, too, so I said sure. Next thing I know, he's brought a FRESH portion of chips in a bag AND a big batch of FRESH salsa in a to-go lidded bowl! That was super sweet of him, and I absolutely enjoyed my chips and salsa for multiple days after. (And the bag they give has an instruction sticker saying you can microwave the chips right in the bag! Talk about convenient!) So, yes, I wholeheartedly recommend Chili's and this one in particular. I haven't been disappointed yet. (Except, of course, they play soccer games on the overhead TVs, and I'm a proud American--I don't go in for soccer AT ALL (😁--don't get all touchy & offended, I’m only teasing...sort of). Give me baseball, football, basketball, or hockey. Heck, even golf will do! (I've come to enjoy watching golf on TV, which I never thought would be the case.) Just not soccer. Or reality shows. PLEASE, no "reality" shows! 😄) Bottom line: Chili's is a "must-try" if you've never gone and an absolute "will-return" if you have. Their food is always so good that you won't be disappointed, and the menu is so diverse that they're sure to have something for everyone. And though I haven't had any since returning to the restaurant, I used to enjoy their margaritas. Straight or frozen, they really were excellent. And, of course, the atmosphere is fun and laid-back. Lots of people talking and laughing, music in the background, and the TVs for those who want to keep up on their team's latest game. Go and enjoy!

We had our good friend Chris serving us, he's very capable and helped us with everything we needed! We come every week and he's always super helpful. The foods always great, would definitely recommend.

Chilli's was awesome...the had great lunch deals and there Jameson margaritas was hit!! Soo good! The waiter was awesome! Bartender Awesome! Love how they stepped it up!! Hands down!

Great experience with take out. The order was ready when we picked it up. The server was friendly. The order was intact, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend their house salad. It’s fresh, filled with mixed veggies and the best ranch dressing ever!

I had to wait 10 minutes to get a table when the restaurant was empty except for 1 table. Go figure. Waitress was great. Got a dirty cup with jam or ketchup on it. Gross. Super greasy burger. Drippings turn into lard since it was cold inside. Couple of ladies came after and did not wait went straight to bar and got serve before me.

Employees do not clean the floors or mop smells like mildew

This is the best Chili's location out of the franchise in the Bay Area. This kitchen is able to adjust your menu items to your preferences. Clean, fantastic service. Bar Tender Jacob, professional old school, personable, and the best Tequila pourer. Highly Recommend !!!

It's a Chili's, people need to chill with the negativity. Slam your presidente margarita, chow down on the chicken crispers and enjoy some baby back ribs. Happy hour is always sold here.

Not what they used to be. We got on the waitlist from their website but when we arrived they said due to COVID they aren’t honoring it? That why you have it, to limit the amount of people waiting around. The food wasn’t that good, we couldn’t get the items we wanted because they were out of stock. The service wasn’t good either, I had to ask to refill my water and soda each time.

The steak was surprisingly flavorless. The service was very good. However, BEWARE that both Chili's and Applebee's (maybe other restaurants, too?) appear to attempt to automatically charge you for playing games on their stupid device on the table. I don't play any of the games, and I'm sick and tired of having to always be on the lookout for the next "gotcha!" Customers shouldn't have to request that bogus charges be removed from their bill.
