This facility has some problems. While the staff is nice and friendly, the maintenance surely lacks. Just on first glance, the ceiling has water leak marks and the fluorescent lighting is mostly out. The women's shower room has no lighting and the shower heads are rusted and dirty. To me, these are very basic and easy fixes that should be addressed somewhat quickly. I have been there for a month and nothing has improved.

This is my one month review and will update if needed. This gym’s original price is quite expensive (42 for the location and 49 for regional) and the fact that a lot of people come here makes it more ridiculous because you’ve to wait to get the exercise done. They also lack the 15-25 lb dumbbells so much which even after mentioning a few times they’ve done nothing about. If the crowd gets better after the new year hype, I’ll update here.

This gym needs a deep cleaning. It's very dirty. It was my first time here & I didn't enjoy my workout because every corner is very dirty. There is a lot of dust every where and the machines are very old too. It at least should be painted. Some machines are covered in rust.

Place was clean.. even the bathrooms. The gentleman at check in was nicer than the girl two weeks ago. I went in and asked " What classes do you guys offer on Sundays?" She says " you know you have to be a member to be in here" I replied "I wouldn't be here if I wasn't ..so do you mean hello can I have you check in or see your ID please". She gave me a look like she put her foot in her mouth then tried to explain what kind of people just walk in and do not know that. I let her know I have been a member since 1999 and I can go to any 24 then asked " So what classes are offered on Sundays". As I handed her my ID. I was not going to come back to this location but I figure I would try again and it was a bit better. Not too crowded Enjoyed the set up and equipment.

I would strongly recommend against joining this gym. Very few bits of equipment are well maintained and several have been broken for weeks, it is incredibly dirty (almost impressive how dirty it is), the weights are always scattered turning every gym sess into a scavenger hunt. And it definitely isn't 24 hour fitness as they have open and closing hours. Just go to Anytime Fitness instead

I'm an early bird that goes to the gym right when it opens at 5 am, but the last month or so there were days where no one showed up to open the gym and it was getting really frustrating. It has gotten better, but it happened again this morning. Management really needs to find some employees that are commited to being there on time to open up or they need to get there and open the doors. A lot of people are missing out on their early morning workouts before work because of this. I understand there are other locations in the area that are open 24/7, but I go to this location specifically because it's the closest one to my house and I'm on a time crunch in the mornings. Get your stuff together over there!!!

Decent gym. Basically you get what you pay for. I mainly focus on weights training and cardio. I have never had to wait for a machine for more than 5 mins during peak hours. It's never over crowded. I have tried the classes, so can't comment on them Cleanliness- I have never had any problem so far, I usually clean the machine after using. I see a lot of people do the same, which is admirable. The dumbbells are usually back in its place.

This is one of the worst gyms I have been, it's old, stinky (sweat), dirty showers (excrement on showers), and some nasty members. I would highly recommend to cancel your membership immediately, this is one of the worst places for exercise.

I’ve been here before COVID-19 and once I heard it reopened I was eager to finally go work out. Masks are required, social distancing is in effect, and I see them regularly cleaning equipment. We work out by appointment. It’s nice to finally be able to workout again

My wife and I have been going there 3x a week for almost 10 years. Fine place to work out. They have a large variety of machine; good weight room; and a group exercise room. Bathrooms/showers are ok.

No one is here to open the gym. Hours are 6am on Saturday it is 6:20am now and still no one is here. They need to hire someone who will actually show up to work. Second time no one’s here to open the gym. Waiting outside wasting my time. Terrible service

I ♥️it! I can use the machines by myself with or without my headphones on. Working out by myself or with a friend is great! The staff are nice & polite, too! That's a great 👍 there! There's access to free weights, too and good ol' classic workout machines in a separate room, where you can choose which free weight to add to any machine you choose to use. My son uses those, I use the others. You can take classes in another part of the gym or you can use the area to stretch and use light free weights that are available there when there are no classes being conducted. I went here when my son was a kid, now he's a member and he takes me!🥰 We check up on each other, but we don't work out together...yet!😉 Lol!! Go here! It's great & we really enjoy it!😃👍👍👍👍👍

This review is only concerning their business practices. Can’t comment on anything else. I go in expecting to utilize the free 3 day trial that 24hr fitness has been widely marketing on their national website. Instead, I receive the runaround from an associate pushing me into a $1 5 day trial and personal fitness coaching for 30 minutes. The assumption being that the national offer was somehow invalid and I had to sign up in order to use the gym. I get a bad feeling about 1) false advertisement and 2) being sold to so hard, so I turn around to leave and simply go home. Only then did the associate offer to let me actually use the free 3 day pass, but at this point I was over it and just left. In summary - businesses that behave like this are the ones whose entire business model is dependent on suckering people into their subscription model. It is not about the measly $1 that I can’t bear to part with. That isn’t the problem. The Venn diagram of businesses that make it difficult to cancel your membership and those that play these games is a circle. If you can afford to look into other options, I recommend that.

Spacious, lots of equipment, some that I have not found at other gyms. Only downsides are the locker room / bathroom areas which could be better. The free weights could be better organized, but that's really on the customers putting away equipment when done. I don't expect the staff to have to constantly re-rack weights every 20 minutes because people are lazy.

Apr '22 - Masks not required, and most patrons are respectful of others. Sanitizer & paper towels available for equipment wipe down. GroupX exercise classes are being held, with post pandemic attendance increasing, currently at medium to high levels. Class schedules are available via 24GO app or hard copy at front desk.

Workout atmosphere is great early morning/at opening. Could use more light weight dumbbells in the weight area. Unfortunate that first visit included locker room/bathroom closed at opening on a Monday, but it reopened around 6:15-6:30. Everyone still respecting mask rules. Front desk person was very nice. Overall seems like a good gym.

Clean and bright, any and all machines one ever wants are there for you to shape up. Nicely organized Good size class room. Water pressure in the shower is way too high wasting so much water. Should be adjusted.

No waiting for equipment, not crowded. Not sure why were all the sleeves missing for barbell. They should clean everything a bit more in detail. 3.5 Star

The most disgusting gym I’ve ever been to. Dirty equipment. Dirty bathrooms and showers. No one ever re-racks their weights. Make sure you have your tetanus shot up to date before lifting here. But. For whatever reason. I love this gym.

Tonnes of equipment in a large gym with plenty open space. Multiple squat racks and lifting platforms. Could do with a few more sets of barbell clips but all things considered friendly welcome at reception and would recommend.

I appreciate that recent management has made an effort to keep the gym cleaner. But equipment can go months without repair, which is frustrating.

Restroom is always a mess. It’s very rare when they mop the restrooms, & they never clean the toilets, they always look dirty, yellow & disgusting!. Moreover they reduced the cleaning & disinfecting stations for cleaning the gym equipment.

Only been here a couple of times. It's usually not that packed and there is always parking, so please help keep it that way. Other than that, it's cool. Front desk is cool too.

After 30 clubs this one is one of the cleanest. I e been greeted every time I have been. I didn’t know they didn’t have a pool that is the only downside other than that it’s pretty chill and nobody bugs you. It’s more of a be you kind of gym without any call outs or feeling like you don’t fit in. I liked it

Deceptive business practices. Sign up for 24 Hour Fitness if you want random charges snuck in with no notifications. When signing up for a trial, I was told by the receptionist that they had a promotion where the first month was $1, and I had a full month to try it out and cancel before being charged the full monthly fee. I signed up and was charged $50 in just a few days for an "annual fee", which they then told me was in addition to the monthly fee and they would not reverse. The charges just appeared on my card, I received NO EMAIL about it. Very convenient of 24 Hour Fitness to sneak in extra charges. I was not given any documents to sign or review when making an account. May appear cheaper than other gyms at first but will try to scam you with additional fees. Also gym is crowded, and there are many super bright, failing flickering lights. I suggest bringing sunglasses.

Not even 24 hours, can this be considered false advertising? Still, I'll give it 3 stars since it has plenty of equipment (albeit some of it is beginning to fail) and because the after work rush is rubbish. Be a bird and go in the mornings if you want equipment access.

Out of all the 24 locations I've been to this is by far my favorite. Yeah it doesn't have a pool or a basketball court but it has everything you need from free weights, treadmills and tons of other machines. The staff and manger (I think her name was Aretha) are friendly and approachable. This gym has everything you need to get a fantastic workout.

I mean… you can get a good workout in. they’ve got most (if not all) of the standard equipment you’re looking for. however, there are very few KBs though, and their equipment and machines are ancient. I absolutely hate this location because of how ancient their stuff is

  • 3/5 Shun Z. 1 year ago on Google
They got plenty of equipment. Quite spacious. However, the equipment is quite old. Some are rusty. The dumbbells are completely misplaced and are of different types. The front desk tried a bit too hard on selling their membership (people with a workout routine are less likely to be persuaded by sales tactics anyway).

This gym has gotten iffy changes lately, I’ve been here daily for 3 years. First they’ve taken out 1/2 the cleaning stations and you have to hunt around for a disinfectant and I’ve stopped coming before work as they have had many mornings lately where they haven’t opened. 1 of the 2 popular cable machines here has been broken for months now. Management and staff doesn’t seem to care.

It’s been a while since I’ve been coming here, place it’s great I like that is clean and the staff is friendly. I decided to come in today for the first time very early in the morning and it’s closed even though the website says that opens at 6 am

Overall pretty clean except for the disaster free-weight section. My nephew's toy area is more organized.
