🫤 As a yoga center, they are good. But they are the most unhelpful people ever! I was in the stages of fainting during one of their classes (due to low blood sugar) and I was gasping for breath. I asked the reception people for help. They just looked at me weirdly and offered no help. Finally, my husb... People often mention classes, yoga, people, class, studio, Yoga,

As a yoga center, they are good. But they are the most unhelpful people ever! I was in the stages of fainting during one of their classes (due to low blood sugar) and I was gasping for breath. I asked the reception people for help. They just looked at me weirdly and offered no help. Finally, my husband rushed off to get a chocolate to prevent me from fainting. I wish people here would be more helpful and have basic first aid!

Really nice place. Attentive teatchers, there are a lot of different yoga classes, I especially like hot yoga class there. Clean place. If you don't have a yoga mat/water/towel with you, they can provide you with these stuff for 2$ each. Especially for me it was difficult to be there at the peak hours - too much people! Also you can try a free week there.

Pretty nice studio, but I wish they had better ventilation. It gets pretty smelly in the room.

I enjoyed every instructors voice and tone. I felt empowered. Strong yet calm. I left feeling like "this is the way I want to start every week!"

Not sure why the reception desk let two others in, but not let me in. Cause we all late for 5 mins. Hope it’s not racist.

I'm not a regular Yogi/Yoga Practitioner, but I was looking for an opportunity to build up on my flexibility and core strength after coming from an Achilles Rupture Surgery. With that said, this studio is exactly what I was looking for. I've only taken a few classes of the 1-week free trial so far, but was already interested in coming back regularly after my first class. The classes I've taken are "Yoga Sculpt" and "CorePower 2". Yoga Sculpt is like going through the yoga flow with weights, cardio, and strength training. "CorePower 2" is the general Yoga class, but more demanding on the body than the previous level classes I assume. (Honestly I can't say since I haven't tried CorePower 1 or 1.5) Either way, both these classes will be as taxing on your body as you want it to be depending on how much you challenge yourself. The instructors I've taken classes from are Jackie, Melanie, Roxy, and Kalista. The passion in their practice definitely shows in their classes. Each staff member is very inviting, encouraging during class, and will put you to work while at the same time being mindful of your body, mind, and spirit. Like I said, I'm no Yogi, but whether you're looking for a place to practice Yoga, or push your body's physical fitness level, CorePower Yoga at Golden Circle definitely delivers!

This is a wonderful yoga studio, great amenities, great teachers who can teach clearly and take it in a pace, and help with right postures and asanas per individual. I have been to various yoga classes none I could enroll after first class, but this yoga studio is exceptional.

I really like the variety of classes that are offered and the different times. It is nice to have options on times since schedules can vary so much from day to day. I am really enjoying my first week and am so sad that I will not be able to continue coming since it is out of my budget. I really wish I could come - I am going every day during my free week! It is such a great location (I can walk from my house) and I love the classes and instructors.

I love everything about CPY! The studios are always clean and they all have such a modern, cool vibe. The options of classes and times cannot be beat! The option to go to any studio is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this wonderful place to deepen your practice!

CorePower Yoga is a breath of fresh air to the SF yoga community. As someone who has had a hard time committing to yoga, Ritual makes it easy to get excited about yoga. Classes are fast paced, but you really feel like you worked out afterwards (not just spent an hour stretching!)

My visit was my first time trying any type of yoga, and despite my inability to keep up with the class, or my lack of knowledge of any of the poses the teacher did a wonderful job of offering guidance and assistance without singling me out or rubbing in my weaknesses. The class was intense and despite being physically exhausting, it was extremely mentally relaxing - the facilities are very clean and the people were all very friendly and professional.

After each class, I have the feeling that I won't miss the next one, and I wonder why I didn't sign up sooner.

Teachers are top notch, and the studio was very welcoming to all. I took classes with Aubree, Colleen, and Maily and each teacher captured the essence of yoga wonderfully in their varying approaches. I am glad to have been able to drop in for a few classes on a business trip, and I will come back anytime I am in the San Jose area!

This studio just treated people differently by not letting people in. Arrived 10 but have to park the car and arrived 2 mins late. I saw people joining late before. There are comments before has the same situation - let other 2 late people in but the commenter did not. Really not friendly studio with staff. Called the customer service team, they just saying it’s the policy. But if not everyone follows the policy, what’s the point of the policy?
