highly disappointed, they where friendly the first time we came in and purchased. we later realized they never disclosed fully the payment information. my boyfriend and i SPECIFICALLY asked if anything was automatic and they assured us we had to call in the payments or there would be no charge. i had to call the bank and have them fix it. we never authorized it. they offered no solution and said they’d try to avoid it in the future. they should be more clear and explain everything so people can make an informed decision. very dissatisfied

Roxane was amazing at helping us find our wedding bands and even took the time to clean my engagement ring to better see it paired and get the full visual experience. Ali and Roxanne were very patient in working with us and getting us an awesome finance plan for a comfortable payment. Highly recommend their customer service and this location. Especially after being ignored at the shop across the way, so while they lost our business, Ali and Roxanne were great at winning it.

We had a fantastic experience at Valliani Jewelers when upgrading the diamond in my wedding ring. Ali was very helpful while not being pushy. We shopped at a few different places, but ended up coming back because we preferred the service at Valliani. Ali even ordered a diamond for us since they didn’t have what we wanted in the store. When I walked past their store Ali provided me with amazing costumer service and asked how he could help me. I shared with him that my Grandma just passed away and I needed her rings cleaned. He shared the small fee with me and Roxanne got right to work. In addition to my Grandmothers ring they also cleaned my engagement ring and wedding band. My Grandmother hadn’t cleaned her rings in decades so you can only imagine how they looked. Roxanne took time and consideration to make sure my Grandmothers ring looked like new. We even discussed replacing a few diamonds that had come out over time. I couldn’t be more appreciative and I will definitely be back.
