The return policy with this company is Not proactive and does not benefit the customer experience. It took me a week to get my questions answered, and I had to chase them down as they did not respond within the initial 48 hours. They definitely need a pointer icon on their site to direct the customer to their return policy before the order is placed. Their customer service staff chooses to ignore direct questions and gives half answers and it requires one pushing forward the question several times. They use this to " trick" you into believing they are honoring your request to remedy. They skirt your direct numbered question! You can do much better with other skincare sites offering the same and with more attention to a positive experience by being proactive before you place the order.

I have more than 2 weeks that I sent an E-mail telling them my order arrived opened and missing stuff!!! Nobody has replied me! 😡😡 Update: They're just liying i didn't get a response!!!! And don't answer the phone 🙄

I have been a customer for this skincare line for quite some time, however the last experience I had with them has shown me what an excellent company they truly are. Either the post office miss placed my order, or a porch pirate stole it. I called the company and they were quick to respond and excellent to deal with in regards to what steps to take. I am truly impressed with the kindness and professionalism that I was treated with throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel judged or criticized in any degree. I just felt cared for. I am happy to be a customer and plan on sharing this experience with friends.

Amazing, 10/10. I tried ordering my skincare items from Alana about a year ago (from a recommendation by a friend) and have not looked back. Their customer service team is VERY helpful & responsive, their products are never tampered with/damaged in shipping, etc. (which I've experienced from others- even Amazon). Plus, the free gifts with each purchase are an awesome perk!

Great Customer Service. Had a problem with an item, called and the girl I spoke to was very helpful and led me in the right direction to get it resolved. After only 1 day I received an email informing me that a new replacement item will be delivered to me ASAP. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Honest company ..I had paid for an item but it was on back order,I forgot about it but Skincare by Alana didn't and when it never came in they refunded me..all on their own.. Very Honest.. they def are trustworthy..

Received a bad batch of product and Alana quickly resolved the issue and sent out new ones! Great support and customer service!

Fabulous results! I emailed a question concerning my order and they responded within the hour! Unheard of!!!! Wow! They resolved my issue immediately.
