    I stayed here in September I was there for 6 nights overall the room was great I was on floor 22 great view of the city, really clean. The only thing is the service was awful! I travel a lot and one thing that really gets me mad is for them to give more attention to Americans, and being Mexican is awful. I was planning on always consuming at the hotel but decide to go of the hotel. The pool has a great view although the flooring is really bad it has a lot of bumps all over and it is not heated so it is always cold.

    Amazing customer service, and great rooms but the location of the place is not the best, you have to Uber everywhere. The room wasn’t the cleanest, when they gave us the room it appears like they don’t vacuum the floors. The food is okay it tastes pretty much like fast food. Something nice is that they offer live music some days of the week.

    Not the best hard rock I've stayed at. Hotel looks great on pics but once you there it's a whole different situation. Rooms have different issues My main issue is that rooms are smaller than expected. I had to ask for a different room because the room I was originally assigned had different issues. Not working A/C and severe backflow smell coming from the bathroom sink, bathtub and shower The second room wasn't better; the A/C was spraying water into the room for some reason, the entrance carpet was wet all the time, I'm guessing these two issues are related. Bathroom ceiling leak. Shower area is not properly sealed so water will leak into toilet area. Overall the place is fairly new but poorly built or poorly designed Only positive thing I'll say is the staff. They are very nice and willing to make your stay pleasant, from the valet parking to the management staff. I will highly recommend the spa. Definitely one of my top 5 massages. The masseuse that took care of me was great, she knows what's she's doing She Will work on the areas you have issues or pain. If you are debating whether or not to visit the spa then the price will make you spend part of your day there.

    We had breakfast and we payed cash bc it was not included in the reservation,but from . The table to the cash register 500peso disappeared,cashier said we only gave her 1000pesos our bill was 998pesos we were not gonna leave her 2pesos but we were also not gonna leave 500pesos it was a buffet style, we were expecting change.... the point is they were all dishonest,we spoke to El capitan assuming it's manager, kinda tried to intimidate saying they were gonna check the cameras my husband said ok we can wait he comes back and said fotage only shows 1000pesos my husband and I know what we put down then my husband said I want to see were it shows I only put 1000 and with the cashier only got 1000 we waited and after a while just threw out random things ... like for that we need our head security authority and his not here hhhm he just told us he saw the footage. After a while the 500pesos show up that they counted the register and they found them...

    The hotel is beautiful, and located in a good area of Guadalajara, close to many sites. It is a little far from centro historico Guadalajara if that interests you? The hotel houses a couple of restaurants, shops, and a "hard rock" gift shop. I did not stay in the hotel. I only visited the lobby, the gift shop, and ate in one of the restaurants, so I cannot speak to hotel staff or rooms, although based upon what I saw, I would say they are very good.

    Excellent place to stay. Fair price, Awsome room, great food and service and if your travelling with a pet this is the place. 5 Star for sure as they had some treats waiting and all set up when I got here. Great staff and well exceeded my expectations. Thank You Hard Rock Hotel and see you again. Scott

    This hotel provides good service and offers great breakfast. The penal of room controller has some problem that cannot adjust air conditioner as I told to front desk and they send a guy to fix it soon, I really am appreciated that. Also it has a very nice gym that has many facilities for exercise.

    Rooms were semi clean, there was a stain on the window but was promptly cleaned. Also, one of the rooms had a "hole" In the corner so you could see the bottom floor. Location was okay, you can't really walk anywhere. Bars and restaurants in the hotel were great. Good prices and live music. Will stay again.

    Everything about this hotel is just perfect. Rooms, staff, service, attention to detail, food and atmosphere are amazing. First time staying here and it will not be the last.

    The decoration in the rooms is really nice, and the location of the hotel is great for trying to get to know Jalisco in a single day, staff and service is great. Really great stay.

    This place is really cool. Our favorite thing was the toca discos they let you have in your room. It brings the roc n roll era to life. They have a live rock band from Wednesday - Saturday from 9pm - 12am in the lobby where there is a full bar and plenty of sitting. The pool has a nice view and the staff was very friendly. The downside, we had 2 family members join us for a little more time with them since we don’t visit often. The staff downstairs would not allow us to take them up to our room, although we were checking out at 5am to catch a flight. This made everything I loved about the place, gone. Because of the lack of empathy from the front desk lady Lidia, we won’t be back.

    First time staying and I was not impressed. It all began with an early arrival prior to 3 pm check in. Hotel staff were not accommodating at all. They wanted to charge me 1/2 the price of the room to check in 2 hours early. At one point we requested extra towels and sheets and they never arrived. Our room had drainage issues in the sink and shower. The rooftop pool and bar closes way too early at 7 pm and entry is over regulated with security checking every one in and out every single time with poor customer service. I will not be returning.

    The pool is pretty dirty (my son got rashes afterwards) unfortunately and there wasn't many dining options nearby. The fact that the mall next to it was kind of empty, make me feel a little unsafe somehow. *Please stay away from Mahi Sushi Bar next to it... Very expensive and very bad food... I recommend to get to Plaza Galerias (6-8 minutes on cab) to eat, more better options to eat there.

    Stayed here for 3 days. Staff was friendly my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay our room was nice and spacious the pool area was nice with great views I enjoyed a virgin Miami vice for the hot day! we also ate at the restaurant “Sessions” for dinner our last night I had the enchiladas and they we’re actually pretty good. Parking was easy! If you’re a guest you get free parking for the parking garage and valet I didn’t know the first day so I paid until one of the employees told me

    Overall, I had a great experience with the Hard Rock Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

    I have been waiting for days to find a solution to my slolen shoes (YEZZY). We are getting hung up on they just said they weren’t there when i know exactly where i put them and know I forgot them. I called same day i did check out and it has just been excuse after excuse from them. Do NOT STAY HERE if you leave something they will NOT return it back.

    Giving them two stars only because the room is what you expect. But their business center is always closed! And they always say they are sending someone to open and they never come. Why even close it in the first place? Definitely don't come to this hotel if you're planning to have work during the trip.

    Compliments to the Staff who were great, accommodating to all our needs during 3 day stay there. Pros: friendly staff, delicious spanish breakfast, esp the omelets &freshly squeezed juices, lively vibe, spacious room w/comfy firm bed as I like it, rooftop pool was rewarding at the end of the day Cons: train horning during the night(felt very loud on the first day, but wasn't much bothered by it after adjusting to local time), location. .not so great, entrance of our room had foul smell like dog piss, small crowded elevators Overall, we did enjoy our stay

    This place is definitely overrated. The staff is kind and professional but other than that, I regretted getting an Airbnb like I normally do. I wanted to see what all the hype was about and never stayed at a HR before. The rooms were falling apart for the price they charge. I normally pay half the price for any hotel or airbnb and it’s always much nicer than this room. The refrigerator barely kept anything cold. The “closing curtains” didn’t actually close entirely and had to tug on them. The toilet had a difficult time flushing. The rubber shower sealer pulled off when you opened the door from the outside. The elevator was a complete nightmare with long lines and people crowding in. People were screaming at one of their parties at 1am still. It will be my first and last time with a HRH. Planning to go back to my airbnbs with no screaming guests, a full fridge that works, and no nightmare elevators.

    Great spot. The elevator is a mess. The staff is awesome, always asking if you need anything. There is an oxco underneath the hotel and also a barbershop too bad. I didn't have time for a haircut. The food is not the best, maybe if they offered some more traditional plates for that area.

    Great place to stay. Rooms were good, food was great but most important the staff was awesome . There staff was all over hotel always wanting to help and solve any issue or questions I had. All about customer service and that set them apart. Will definitely stay there next time i travel.

    Great service! Friendly staff all the way Food was delicious... One thing tough, only 3 elevators? Who's the architect? Bug mistake, long, long wait to catch the elevator, other than that, I'd come back for sure 😊

    The Hard Rock Hotel is beautiful and AMAZON! I 100% recommend. The check in and check out was GREAT they are fast , friendly and the prices are amazing for a luxurious hotel. I really loved it. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you !!!!!!!!!!

    Bad service I want only 2 nights 3 days but my flight got there at 5:30 in the morning so I bought extra day so I can go to the room at 5:30 in the morning so I pay it extra day it’s fine but when I get there they did not have room available so the girl in the front spend 40 minutes to fine my name and find room for me so she give us another room with queen bad and call us after 30 minutes say if we can change room but we was so tiered we say will do later so they charge me extra day but my room was not available what kind service and don’t recommend the Yellow van for taxi he charge so expensive and not good driver so I will recommend the hotel but not the service and don’t ask for Maneger because they will never show up I asked 2 time in different day the pull service was very good but not the front desk so hopefully get better

    Wonderful decoration, nice service and the food was delicious! The waiter was really nice and the Chile en nogada was amazing, drinks were great but the best one was the one with vodka and vanilla ice cream

    Highly recommended! Very nice hotel. Beware that elevators are a mess. Apart from everything ok. It has a nice pool on the roof garden, with great sightseeing of Guadalajara and sorroundings

    Hotel is really great and well maintained. Service is great with helpful and polite staff. Shout out to the staff at the bar UTC-6 and especially Francisco Nava for their amazing cocktails and excellent conversations.

    Where do I start .! I did my reservation for 4 rooms and only 3 got booked it was something wrong with the bathroom in my room it had a really bad smell and it was getting worse through the night to the point I wasn’t able to sleep I talked to the front desk and they came to clean it the next day .! Well it was ok for some time and they did offer us to go to a different room but we thought the problem was fixed and the lady at the front desk told me I needed to talk to the supervisor to see if she could do anything about the fist day, Erika was really nice and told me she couldn’t get me my money back for the fort day but she was going to send me an email so she could give me discounted price for my next visit well it’s been more than 24 hours and not email

    We drive about 4 hours to get here and arrived around 2PM. It took ages to get a drink and there was barely anyone around. I'd probably won't even able to get water if they were busy. Then in the evening before we head out to dinner as we waited and still the services took awhile and even though I said 3 times and pointed to the menu of the drink I wanted still it was wrong and it took a few people to also figured how to make the drink. If you can't do it let me know or don't advertise it. I've been to a few other Hard Rocks and always stop by one to collect their pins and for their excellent quality services which I didn't received here. Luckily I'm not one with attitude cause someone else would have thrown a fit but I prefer to write my review and let the people know what kind of service I got here at the bar restaurant downstairs by the main lobby. But the desk was nice and security. The room is just amazing as I was on the 17th floor with the view of the city. Unfortunately thanks to hurricane Nora the weather was not good to use the nice looking pool on the roof.

    Great spot, always good music, service is phenomenal and everyone is friendly. I have to give a shout-out to Rafael, Sergio, and Allan who provided the best service during my stay. They were on top of it, they stay active and make sure that everyone is having a good time. Super friendly. a great team. They made the difference from have a nice visit to having a great time during my stay at The Hard Rock, GDL.
