The service was sub par, this Applebee's isn't like the others, the food was cold, the service was slow, the drinks were too sugary and no alcohol. They will push for the 10 percent even if they don't deserve it. The only good thing was the ambience, but the cold food and service ruined it for me. Beware of this one, not like the others.

We went on a weekday at noon. The service was very slow and we had to ask for the 2 for 1 menu that was advertised at the door.

Lousy place, bad service, mediocre dishes, it's better to go to the Cheesecake Factory...

Our first time in any Applebees. To break down the experience : 1. Ample seating spaces, 2. Easy pop music 3. Uncomplicated menu 4. Great Mojito 5. Great portion sizes for food 6. Delicious flavours - simple and straightforward. 7. Polite service. 8. Approx: US$25 per head with a cocktail... Overall, a pleasant and cost effective experience.

It was for my birthday. We got horrible service and the manager didn't really seem to concerned. Very disappointed ☹️

The food is delicious and the personal is polite. But they asked us for 2 slices of bred to the salad $60. Otherwise it's a nice place.

Cozy place and food is good for sharing

Place is well decorated and looks appealing. Large seating area along with kids area to keep your kids busy. They have changing menu as per the festivities and season so you will always find a seasonal menu whenever you visit. Food portions are fair enough compared to prices. There is no consistency though its like hit and miss. Drinks are good enough but pricing is a bit high. Staff is very attentive and helpful and they take care of your requests very well. Upholstery & furniture is dirty we changed like 3 sofas but all of them were equally dirty that we were disgusted. Bathrooms were also not maintained well it was dirty. One cant expect the basic stuff to be lagging when you are visiting one of the premium food chain. All in all you can visit them food wont disappoint and skip the sofas.

One star is because the server was attentive during a busy period, and the other for a decent, although way overpriced cocktail. The food was terrible! Overcooked shrimp and undercooked pasta. No flavor to the dry meal which was also not served hot. I had to request condiments and sauce which did little to improve the taste.

We went for a lunch and got our seat right away. We ordered Santa Fe chicken salad kids meal , chicken wings and ribs. The taste of everything was good except the salad which was not as we expected. The ribs was amazing. Service was ok. The waitress was a bit rude but we didn’t care much as we were hungry. And at the end it was 870 pesos and we paid by cash. I gave her 1000 and was expecting to get the change back. To our surprise she didn’t bother to come back to us. When asked for she was like I took the change for tip. We were shocked as it’s our wish if I want to tip 10% or more. For her rude service I wish to tip 10% only. She was making faces when asked for change. Been to so many restaurant around the city had not faced this type of behaviour from any waitress. Being rude plus taking tip by her own.

Limited options, service is horrendous, waiters would rather talk with each other then serve the customer, food was most likely microwave cooked. Makes sense why it was the only half empty restaurant in it's area.

Let me start off by saying the food is great. Love coming here for a bite to eat. The past four visits have been awesome. The place is clean, no crazy wait times. I like it here. Highly recommend it!

Food was delish! Quick service, friendly. Mojito sent back as it lacked an ingredient, they corrected immediately.

Food is ok, but expensive. I was treated well, but a couple of tourists behind me were arguing about the tips with the waitress and had a horrible experience.

Place is nice and clean, food was ok and the price accessible. Service was poor, it took 20 min to bring our order, the place was not very busy to justify the waiting time, waitress never came back to check if we needed anything else, when I asked for the bill, it took them 15 min to bring it. Coffee thermo looked bad. So far is the worst place I've been to.
