Feb 2022: Nice and fancy. Grilled oyster, bone marrow, and chicharron are must haves. Tourists can easily spend the night in this restaurant and check out the area. Might be a bit slow, but service is surely upscale and friendly. May 2022 Update: the recipe must have been changed or the chef must have been replaced as the quality of the food went downhill drastically. The same grilled oysters I had in February were much better with a bed of cheese and butter, while the oysters served in May had just a slightly amount of seasoning that made it taste bland. Comparing the photos taken of the dishes, they do not look like they are from the same restaurant. Bone marrow and NY Wagyu were run out before 5 PM on Sunday, while the medium ordered medium rare served fillet mignon was as chewy as a Select grade steak. The server was not bother to clear the plates nor bring out the complimentary tortilla chip.

I've been here 7 times. Normally the food is pretty good, however the last time I went I order the oysters and they gave me one that was bad. It gave me a stomach infection. Make sure to check the oysters, if they look old then send them back.

Best oysters I have ever had. Amazing bar Gets busy very fast. Had to wait 15 minutes for a table, but still worth the wait. Bear in mind it was a Saturday afternoon. Still best seafood and great drinks. Service was amazing.

This Oyster Bar was a pleasant surprise. We were in the Andares area and had some time to kill so we decided to stop here for some drinks and appetizers. I recommend the oyster tower and the fresh tuna. Leave room for dessert and get the chocolate soufflé.

Fantastic food, and some of the best oysters you can get. The place was very busy, a lot of people were eating in the outdoor patio area. Even with how busy it was. the customer service was top notch. They were quick at attending you, taking your order, and delivering your meal. I highly recommend trying the dulce de leech volcano. Super tasty.

The restaurant is located in the business area of Guadalajara, Andares, they are priced to match the environment , the experience is superb and service excellent. That is why they are always busy and people prefer to eat here over other restaurants in the area. Recommend the location when you have an expense account or taking clients out for dinner. Excellent and fresh seafood as: red snappers, oysters, baby calamari, scallops, octopus, tuna. I recommend you the selection of 12 oysters where you can taste different varieties of it.

Very good seafood restaurant service some solid options from crab to tuna, enjoyed all my dishes here and would recommend this place.

Delicious seafood and friendly staff. You can watch your food being prepared as well, very clean workspace.

Everything was great, except the service. They were very nice but nor to organize. Seems like they often forget about our order. We never got one of our drinks and the food took a while. I'm not sure is the prices here are in dollars or pesos. I am assuming they are dollar amounts.

In summary: Everything was good. Gazpacho was to die for. Impressed with service and attentiveness overall. (Also, we were a long way from home with nearly no phone battery after a long day of walking / furniture shopping / photographing / etc. - staff helped charge our phones while we ate... this was extra appreciated as it meant we were able to call an Uber to get home... THANK YOU to them!!)

We didn't know what to expect because the place looks like an oyster bar. However, the food was amazing as was the service. We loved the grilled oysters and octopus tostadas. The workers here are highly choreographed to know when to attend to one's needs. Highly recommend!

La docena has, oddly enough being an oyster bar, the best lamb burger I've had, and I have plenty. They also have several wine selections that are very well priced.
