Nice price in a nice location (surrounded by all sorts of shop, restaurants). But the room we stayed in very dusty and dingy. My asthma that was dormant for 24 years came back. When I ask to hoover the room, they will do the awkward areas for the second time, when I am looking. The room has a safe but out of order, which they will install if you ask. It has a pool and a gym. There are marks of sweat on the equipment. There is also a restaurant. I was told this serves good food. I did made this comment in reception. I do hope they improve the cleanliness of the hotel.

This place is nice and the staff is very accommodating. They will assist you when you have questions regarding the facilities. They have delicious food and they have delicious bread. The place is near to shopping area, banks, and other restaurants. The only problem was I noticed one of the staff at the breakfast buffet they assist the foreign guests well compare to Filipino guests. 😠

I’ve been staying in this hotel for years, and this was my first trip back since the pandemic. The quality has deteriorated a little. There were only two working elevators and the whole interior needs a fresh coat of paint. With that being said, the staff is friendly, the restaurant has improved, the rooftop pool is beautiful, the prices are good, and the location is great for walking to the market, restaurants and stores!

The service at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and ensure that I had everything I needed. The room was also very comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could want.

The room is nice and I do recommend it for the location. It's close to places to eat, shop, and it's close to Makati and shopping areas. The room is comfortable but the a/c is a little loud. The pool was nice and I got to enjoy morning swims for a bit before starting my day. All in all no complaints. Would recommend it

The stay is ok. Staff are accomodating, housekeeping can bring the delivered food to your room. Take note: 1. Free wifi is capped at 2mbps. 2. BEFORE you can park. You will need to checkin first. 3. Parking rate as of today is 600 per night and that is ON TOP of your stay rate. 4. The FREE bottled water is smaller than 500ml. 5. Front desk is ONLY available from 8am till sometime at night we check around 6-8pm 6. Deposit fee is P2,000 and is refundable.

Our group stayed overnight at the 3-bedroom Penthouse. The living room and balcony area were spacious and perfect for our group. The only problem we encountered: some of the guests were a bit noisy, especially since the pool and recreation facilities were on the top floor as well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at Elan.

Elan was right across the street from the Greenhills Mall. Excellent customer service from the door attendants to the desk clerks to the restaurant waiters to the message parlor. I only had breakfast but it was great. Reasonable price, very clean rooms. I would recommend staying here especially if you plan to shop at the mall. Restaurants up and down Annapolis street. I felt very safe in the area. Lots of uniform security in the area. The taxi's are very reasonable. This could be a place to live If i didn't love living in the USA.

Parking space were not enough. Inquired about parking months ago then told us that reservation was not allowed the when we checked in, we were told that there were no more slots because there is an event for 3 days and they reserved the parking. When we got to the room, towels were not provided so we had to ask for it. Guard did not assist us when we were leaving the ramp (entrance area). Lighting in the rooms were not sufficient. Please improve service and hotel amenities. One thing that we liked was the fast elevator. Thank you.

I wish mgt would check on the health issue of the hall way. Cigerrette fumes are very obvious.

The location is very ideal as it is walking distance from the shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores, drugstores, school, police station and EDSA. The staff are courteous and try to attend to the requests of the customers as much as they could. There is a restaurant on the side of the lobby. Body massage and foot spa are available. You can also find a laundry house. No parking available. If there would be one, the rate is more expensive. It is advisable to just park at Promenade then walk back to the hotel. The facilities and rooms need improvement to revive the former beauty of this hotel. After the long lock down brought by COVID-19, pest control is also recommended.

Speaking of the rooms, they were spacious, well-designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, while the thoughtfully placed furniture provided a cozy and functional space to relax and unwind. The rooms also featured high-speed internet access, flat-screen TVs, and ample storage space.

The location is great. Near shopping malls, banks and convenience store where you can buy your needs. They don't accept Gcash Transaction for the P2000 Room Deposit, should be cash. Rooms are clean and good naman. We stayed at a Superior Room. Linens are fresh and clean. We have complimentary coffee, tea, water, toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, cotton buds etc. There's a hot and cold shower. There's a Bath Tub, it could have been better if we have bath bubbles. There's a mini ref but the freezer is not working properly. It's only good for chilling your drinks or keeping your food. May problem ata sa sound proofing ang room dahil naririnig namin ang sounds ng kabilang room. P2 is where you can do some activities like view deck, swimming, gym, billiards (we can't find the balls or stick), etc. There's a jacuzzi but it was not clean. I think we should have asked the lobby about it. In the end, sa room na lang talaga kami nag stay 😅

They’ve have the worst customer service that I ever experienced front desk employee would treat you poorly and never put a smile on her face and it will took 40-45 minutes to finish the transaction in the lobby to be honest I am the only person in that lobby. Room facilities: 1-Towel for 3 guest, 1/4 refill of liquid body soap shampoo and conditioner 1-toll of tissue, leaking sink dirty shower head very old aircon and ref and they would advertise Elan Hotel as one of the most prestige Condotel in Greenhillls..really!

Hard to beat the convenience of the hotel, literally across the street from Promenade Greenhills and the rest of the shopping center. The room was very clean, bathroom had an issue with the shower being a bit difficult to use, you really needed to pull up on the handle and hold it up longer than necessary. The buffet breakfast could be better, maybe bacon and a longanisa option even rather than tinned vienna sausages and corn beef. The omelet bar had a good selection, vary the cold cut and cheese option too, it was the same type of "ham" and cheddar slices for the whole time I was there.

I love this hotel. I've checked-in in here quite a few times already, and I'm currently checked in as I'm writing this review. The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel itself may be old, but the rooms are decent and comfortable enough compared to other 3 star hotels nearby. I would love to give 5 stars, but lately, I have been disappointed with the elevator. The elevator isn't working properly, especially when you are in a hurry, it's unreliable. I hope they can really fix the elevator. Apart from that, this hotel is good. I will still book at this place next time.

No parking allocated for rhe guests. We reserved 2 rooms yet even single parking space has not been reserved. We just pleaded the reception personnel to give us even in ample time to rest.

The place is old and doesn't really match its name MODERN. Needs renovation. Receptionist Jasmine was not approachable, security guards were rude. I don't recommend this place at all. Not worth the money.

I réservé à one night stay two rooms for me and my son but the room was so dusty and carpet was dirty and smelly I saw a cockroach in my room. About the service staff they are kind and accommodating breakfast was excellence! They need some renovation of the bathroom!

Stayed for mandatory quarantine. Value for money is ok. They accept deliveries for food. Rooms are old but I hear there are newly renovated ones, I got an old one with some broken tiles and discoloration in the bathtub. Bathtub is extremely high (almost hip high for me and I'm 5'2) and deep very slippery. Not really Safe for seniors quarantining there. Free masks, coffee, water daily. Staff are nice and friendly there's a chair oirside the door where you can leave things to reheat and place things for delivery. Runners and bellboys have PPEs. And of. Course since it's a quarantine hotel there's army/navy at front desk making sure my balik bayan box which I haven't been with in quarantine doesn't leave the hotel until I have negative PCR. All right for a budget hotel. I didn't ask for service to fetch us from airport to hotel or if this exists.

WORST, MOST UNCOMFY AND CREEPIEST STAYCATION EVER To start, we thought it was kinda haunting when we're in the hallway of our room. It felt that we're the only people in that floor. Even the room numbers are removed for some reason. When we entered our room, for me it was ok for the price but when I checked the bed sheets, it has STAINS from we dont know where! We thought that's the worst that could happen but lo and behold, when we're about to sleep, a creaking sound comes and goes from the cabinets. It continued all night and we had a VERY HARD time sleeping! The creepy sound continued up until dawn. And by the way, this sound wasn't there during the whole morning or our afternoon stay. It sounded someone or something is coming out of the cabinets. I'll let your mind just imagine this. We actually requested to be transferred at around 3am or 4am since we really need sleep but per front desk they dont have any available clean rooms. They didnt provided any help and its so frustrating! If you want to save money, its better to book a motel. This hotel isn't worth your money and would greatly advise to stay out booking any rooms in this place. Worst staycation ever.

We had our staycation here and absolutely loved it! They have a lovely pool and hot tub on the roof along with a amazing restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful which was great. It is also in a good location near shopping, bars and restaurants.

I have seen few rats in this hotel. Their balcony is freaking dirty with unbelievable view of slum like place. Clogged toilet. I dont recommend this hotel. Guards and staff are very rude. Will never ever book again here!!

The Staff and Security are very accommodating and courteous. The rooms are quite ok for the current price despite the effects of the pandemic. Hopefully the amenities will once again be improved as soon as we get out of this situation.

The dorm was also in proximity to various shops, cafes, and restaurants, which made it convenient for grabbing a quick bite or purchasing any necessities. The dorm room itself was compact yet well-designed, making efficient use of the available space. The beds were sturdy and equipped with comfortable mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep. Although the room was not overly spacious, it had all the basic amenities I needed, including a small desk, storage lockers, and sufficient power outlets for charging my devices.

The illos home buffet , I love the food and the ambiance is great .I'll be back again.

The hotel staff and valer services were rude and barely puts a smile on their face, the Hotel look really old, the aircon was also dirty. They also dindn’t have a parking slot for the guest.

Room was decent but the staff needs more training. Room was not cleaned and ving card failed to work numerous times. Facility is a bit dark and needs cleaning. Nonetheless, location was great!

I haven't tried checking-in to this hotel yet, but I used to see some foreigners and some celebrities (with their luggage/baggages) coming in and out of this hotel.
