The place was nice and quiet, so it was a good place to relax; staff were nice and attentive. This area of Batangas has a slow internet connection, they do not have a wifi but they provided us a pocket wifi which is nice. The only downside was (I’m not sure if its the season) but it was low tide so we couldn’t swim. Lol, low pressure of water in the restroom, no pool, and only few selection for food. Would probably recommend this if you just want to chill and don’t mind if you can’t swim in the beach or pool.

Pros - Working AC, clean sheets and towels, - beachfront and location near Laiya Adventure Park and many restaurants. Cons - Only 20-30% of their food was available on their menu during our 3-day stay so we opted to dine in nearby restaurants instead. - Floors were always wet or damp because of leaking bidet. Staff mopped once upon request and offered a rug but insisted that it was our fault for using the bidet in the first place. - Booked for 7 pax, only 5 single beds were provided upon arrival. Was looking forward for volleyball and pool as stated in their amenities but there was none. Overall, the resort stay was ok but i would not consider coming back or suggesting to friends.

The place had nice vibes as it was quiet. Best yet, they allowed our two dogs in! They got to practice swimming in the sea. We got the nice videos of them swimming with us.

Scenery was great, there was not a lot of people when we visited which is what we liked about it. Only downside is that it is right beside the river so the fresh water and salt water is mixed. It is nice to look at in fact but it makes the water seem dirty for swimming and im quite sure there was no fish. I recommend it if you want a simple lunch by the beach setting. Food was okay with generous servings.

Clean and quiet place to relax with your family. Food is expensive though but the adjacent resort offers really good food at a really good price. 👍👍👍

We attended this resort for an overnight stay for a large family outing. We were a group of 25+ people aging from infants to seniors. The grounds of the resort are kept well but there is room for improvement (worn out tents, peeling paint, etc.) The beachfront is nice and kept relatively clean, however be aware that directly beside the resort is basin of a local river which drains into the sea. The river drainage didn’t seem to create much of an issue for water cleanliness but the first 5-10 feet of the sea is all rock and very hard on the feet. The rooms were kept clean and presentable but our Air Conditioning unit wasn’t functioning at full capacity. It worked well enough that we made due. The resort staff are friendly but inconsistent. I went to purchase a bottle of water and was told 15peso then another person said they are now 30peso...... cans of coke or other sodas are 80pesos each. I did ask for an extra towel so I could have a shower and was told it’s 50peso even with proof that I was staying overnight. Really? Not cool. All in all, I’m 50/50 on weather id return. The family time made it enjoyable.

Service was good. Room was good also. But some rooms had no own restrooms inside. Towels were old and water in the shower rooms were dont have the righr pressure. Food not delicious. Cable turns off when it rains. Beach front had dark waters with no pool. Overall the resort was not kept well.

Amenities are awesome 👍😎 Ambiance is perfectly nice...sobrang comfortable ng feeling when you just came in and sobrang babait ng staff. Rooms are so classy and sobrang affordable ng Resort! The family and friends are so happy deba... love the chess table and may sungka pa on the other side. Love it!

Overall, the resort runs without a present manager, and the staff are very comfortable in their jobs. The place has a lot of potential to have that private and somehow exclusive feel. The staff are very casual and warm, and they try to serve the best they can, but they need to brush up on more professional decorum fitting a private resort. Training is needed. They have few food and drinks selection, and the staff admitted they did not request supply replenishment. They also said they would adjust so that they have what we liked on the menu the next day. Food presentation needs work. Plated breakfast is included in the room charge.

The staff were very accommodating. We went there for a day tour at around 4pm, day tour ends at 6pm. The staff allowed us to stay until before 8pm. The resort is directly at the beach front, so it's very convenient. There are a lot of parking spaces. Rooms were fully booked when we went there so I wasn't able to see for myself. I rated 5 stars because of the very hospitable staff and the ambience of the resort.

A simple resort with direct beach access. Rooms are clean, reasonably spaced and can fit extra beds for larger groups. They are equipped with an effective AC and TV. The staff is friendly and eager to help. Availability of food was limited during our stay - many items on the menu were not available. Similarly there were no fresh juices and no beer. Shortly after our checkin, we had to move rooms because the key to the one originally assigned to us could not be located.

For 7500 pesos per room, the place is not all that. Yes the place is ok but I stayed in better places for cheaper price.

the meal is so slow, after your order, you have to wait more than 1 hour.

A nice place to unwind. White sand and very accessible.
