If
you
want
to
ruin
your
vacation
or
business
trip
at
Toluca,
please
visit
this
hotel.
Bad
customer
service
at
the
reception,
bad
customer
service
at
the
restaurant
when
asking
for
ice
and
salt,
they
treat
you
like
a
thief.
Just
one
access
card
which
is
basically
difficult
to
work
with
if
you
forget
it
at
your
room.
The
food
is
not
good
if
its
not
ordered
directly
to
your
room.
Morning
and
afternoon
buffets
sometimes
have
food
that
has
been
sitting
there
for
a
while,
you
can
know
it
because
it
gets
dry.
Security
issues,
as
there
was
a
man
hitting
a
woman,
screaming
all
around
the
corridor.
The
guy
was
knocking
all
doors
from
other
guests
looking
for
her.
Well
oh
well....
and
basically,
when
complaining
to
the
reception
lady
she
didnt
care
at
all.
She
said
the
only
time
I
can
complain
is
when
I
fill
the
online
survey
when
leaving
the
hotel.
Or
at
8
am
when
the
"manager"
is
here.......
