Really cool place , you feel the culture of the city and you see the history , it’s just missing a good café.

On Sundays there are different musical proposals and this was one of them.

Nice meeting place, it has an outside art gallery, on sat they have a art and handcrafts market, free telmex wifi near the kiosk. Under the place has a parking place.

With the remodeling it turned out super pretty, I hope it doesn't get invaded by street businesses and that people take care of it. There are many events, live music, plays and art, comedy, readings and presentations, it has an area for children, the kiosk is very nice to take photos, it has green areas perfect to explore before or after walking through the portals, in overall it turned out very well.

A nice place near Los Portales, Toluca. On Sundays you can find nice local markets ("mercaditos") and a lot of music :).
