Everything is poor quality. No breakfast service. Rooms poorly maintained, dirty floors, sink clogged, darkening curtains with holes, soap and toiletries are terrible, would not even use them to bathe my dog! Premises are dirty. Fromt desk not helpful. They do not care to be courteous. Overpriced for what they offer. Find a better place where to stay...

The room was outrageously priced considering the room condition and amenities. The room was very dated and a lots of wear and tear. We had missing floor tile, no drain stopper in tub, beat up furniture, no bath gel, showerhead for a 5 ft person with little water flow, an A/C mounted near the ceiling that blew on the bed, a poor bed, a tv remote that would not allow you to put in specific channels, baby pillows and the list goes on. The breakfast consisted of a store bought small muffin and a cup of coffee. I could not recommend staying here at the price they charge unless it was a last resort.

The front desk stuff was not very friendly at all and very slow at helping us get into our room. Once we got into our room it looked like it wasn’t cleaned. There was black hairs on the towels and all over the shower and the floor in the bathroom. The towels didn’t even looked washed and there was dirt and leaves all over the couch. Once we brought this to the manager all she said was you should of called for a different room I’m sorry. I wouldn’t waste your money. Good location and that’s the only good thing.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! I stayed 1 night passing through town. The place looked nice from the outside but the inside was much different. The walls were dirty, tv picture didn't work, furniture was old, bathroom sink leaked and the worst part was what I experienced about 10 pm. The room next to me and his paid companion for the night they were doing there thing so loud I had to turn up the TV to cover up the screaming and banging and just the most nasty language coming through the walls. I called the front desk several time but they didn't pick up. I wanted to leave but it was late and I was alone. This went on until midnight then they both left. I dont know if they rent by the hour here but it definitely seems like it. I complained in the morning and wanted to speak to a manager and they weren't available. I still have not received a call! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And I hope to talk to someone regarding this issue soon! Absolutely hands down the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in .

We arrived about 4:30pm, after a six hour hike and there was no one at the front desk to let us in. We were told just to grab our keys from behind the counter, and hopefully our keys work. It was a holiday weekend and most places were sold out. We grabbed our keys and went to our room. It looked like they had only made the bed and put fresh towels. The floors looked liked it hadn't been swept and when I showered I found hair that was not mine! The refrigerator didn't work and it smelled like mildew. The pool area looked nice. But after getting out of the pool We realized we didn't have towels to shower. There was no one to call to get extra towels because the front desk didn't show up the rest of the night. The lobby was packed with people looking for new rooms near by because the sign on the door now said no one was coming and people would get a refund. They offered a free breakfast. After seeing how clean everything was we tried to eat prepackaged things. Even those were questionable. The walls around the hotel were thin we could hear people outside until after 12. We could hear the whole conversation at 4am from our neighbors room. Overall if we had an option we wouldn't have stayed. I was told Management was going to call me but I haven't heard anything from them yet.

First surprise was the price quoted went up nearly $40 on checkout, due to taxes that were not disclosed when we reserved the room. I've stayed here previously (due to location), and each time the faucets in the tub dripped nonstop, causing bad discoloration in the tub area. The wall near the tub in this room was bashed in at the bottom, and no one had cleaned the refrigerator out. Slices of browning apple and half a container of orange juice remained from previous person, causing me to wonder what else housekeeping had not cleaned. Because of covid closures, the breakfast/eating area is closed. Packaged processed muffins were available in the morning. On the plus side, coffee is available most of the time, and it is within walking distance to Apple Farm for breakfast. It seems we are always put near either a stairway or ramp, so that at night we are awakened by the loud rumblings of suitcases, and people loudly returning from a night out. This is fine if you just want a quick stay and eat out late and get up early. Ask for something away from staircases.

It's a quiet place. The rooms are pretty dated, but clean. When we arrived there wasn't anyone trending the front desk, but someone eventually came and was helpful and friendly.

Front reception was very nice and welcoming check in was easy and quick. Rooms where ok beds were a little hard. Everything looked clean. Good location. Felt safe staying here.

The rooms were thin, you could hear the neighbors. The beds are uneven, some are hard others are soft. The fridge inside the room started to fail midnight and it was noisy and leaking water. The breakfast was absolutely garbage compared to the price of staying there one night. Cheap cold mass-produced sausages, the bagels were decent. But the pool was quite nice.

The hotel itself is tolerable if your standards aren't too high, somewhere between Dumpy and Mediocre. Rooms are very basic but functional. WARNING: Do not stay here if you want to sleep in past 7am. The noise is awful in the morning, both from the other hotel rooms' plumbing and both the parking lot and the lot from the opposing business on the back side. Sounded like dump trucks or garbage trucks every morning. Probably wouldn't stay here again. There are a bevy of other hotels in the area at around the same price point, so I will consider every single one of those first next time.

Rooms had been updated since our last stay. New floors, new paint, bed soft. We enjoyed the hot tub out side and the breakfast was hot and lots of food choices. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We will stay again!

great location, subpar/dated rooms/hotel. "breakfast" is enough to get you started but not full. they were updating the hotel when we were there but I don't know what that included beyond painting the exterior since our room was *definitely* dated. Not sure I would stay here again and would spend $10-20 more for something nicer.

Very clean rooms/bathroom with ultra comfortable beds. Location is especially convenient to all things Cal Poly related. Staff is friendly and helpful from front desk to housekeeping. The area feels safe. I appreciated having a nice sized refrigerator and microwave in the room. I will stay here again in the future.

I stay here due to exceptional location, but recently learned of another great reason to stay here, Jason and the kind staff. I needed a package sent to me and Jason was right on the ball helping me. Also the breakfast is a full breakfast not just muffins. The waffles are to die for. Consider this hotel when in the area! Great service!

We stay for a week there. The mini fridge didn’t work the first day, the room smell old, the walk way look like it had water damage, got charge twice, the manager is not friendly, the shower got clog, there was yellow stains in the curtains and carpet look dirty. The magnifying beauty mirror was broken. Room is dark even with the lights turn on. I’m guessing they’re warm lights but the restroom had daylight. Everything nearby and in the hotel closes at 10pm. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

OMG folks beware of this place, we stayed 2 nights this month, the room was one of the worst we have ever stayed in. The toilet ran all night, the air conditioner didn't run consistently. The sink in the bathroom smelled like someone vomited in it, I had to hold my nose when brushing my teeth. The fitted sheet came off the mattress every night, I could go on and on. When we checked out we spoke to the general manager Frankie, she reassured us she would reach out to her manager and see if we could obtain some kind of refund, well no surprise she still hasn't contacted us. We have emailed her and left VM's, she never responded. She should be ASHAMED of herself holding a manager's title, and treating customers like this! We even contacted Oceanic Enterprises who apparently owns this dump, and shocker, they refused to speak with us. We are filing a complain with the BBB we are lucky we didn't get bed bugs, HORRIBLE I can't even ethically give this place a 1 star, it's below that!

Convenient location with walkable distance to the restaurants, gas stations, etc. and near the Highway but not right on it. Friendly staff. Strange furniture choices in the rooms. TV cabinets are from 1990. Just put drawer cabinet and put larger TV on top. Horrible breakfast coffee ( Luke warm and unpleasantly tasting). They offer breakfast sausages but no eggs ( strange). Breakfast area was not ready for the guests. Chairs were not down, sausages were still cold, no TV turned on. Overall, good value but some details need to be worked on.

Not a pleasant experience with the room. Broken lock in the washroom. Informed front desk and manager. After 5 calls, they are telling me they can't provide any discounts for the inconvenience. No integrity in terms of following up with customer. They are saying Renovation is in progress, why did rent a room if work is being done.

Dog friendly; offered dog bags of you forgot yours. Room as expected for price. Clean and safe but no frills. Definitely not in walking distance to downtown.

The staff was really accommodating for us needing a later check-out, and they gave us a helpful walk-through to pick up our key for our late arrival. Our room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfy. The free breakfast and jacuzzi were a bonus too!

Staff was super helpful. The jacuzzi and pool area were clean and well maintained...great for relaxing after an active day. Love the pet-friendly atmosphere and nice, safe neighborhood to walk through and explore with your K9 companion. Very convenient access to the freeway but situated so that it is silent.

Worst motel experience ever. We have stay at La Quinta Inn and Apple Farm next door in the past , so we thought the comparable higher prices guaranteed a minimum level of quality. Thin walls. Windows open to people walking by and noisy parking lot so you can not have the drapes open. Really tight space. Musty. The walkway outside has a plywood patch covering a hole. The area around that is sinking. They charged us premium rates during grad week. We payed more than $400 (including tax) per night stupidly assuming that would guarantee something close to the quality of the surrounding hotels. Super annoyed. Not a nice place to stay.

This hotel is under renovation. It may be more pleasant after it's completed. There are several curbs, a part of the upstairs hallway, and exit areas (if on foot) that need to be safety painted. Another guest and I both tripped rounding a hallway that drops down because the adjoining corner isn't level. Someone at the hotel needs to pick up trash several times a day. My king room was tiny. There is a breakfast area which was clean. It's a good place to eat if you have kids or need to grab something before you head to the beach. I would not stay here again.

Clean room/bathroom. Nothing was scuffed, gross. The walls are kind of thin but other than that it was fine. We slept well. It was close to everything. Neighborhood was safe, cute. Would stay here again.

The staff are simply wonderful. They made my experience such fun. In addition, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the jacuzzi was super nice, and the workout room met my needs. Thank you! You were also close enough I could walk downtown to enjoy things and didn't need to pay for parking. keep up the great work!

Very unpleasant experience Both the jacuzzi and treadmills are not working. They didn't mention it in the booking We got the superior king room and the the room floor was very damped. The air conditioner above the desk had water leakage which almost damaged our computer. The staff came to fix it but it happened again during midnight Bed bugs : I wasn't sure at first f I got bitten in the room until I woke up the next day with more on my legs The staff was nice but he didn't offer room change or any kind of remedies

Don't waste your money. It's no better than a motel 6. And the website shows and says they have breakfast like eggs sausage waffles etc. They only have muffins, tea, and generic coffee. Also I paid for a King bed and they gave me a broken standard size bed. And when I say broken I mean the bed was legit busted and you couldn't lay in it. The pillows are old and uncomfortable, the curtains are tattered and torn. Sad and a waste of money :(

The staff is incredible. I had no place to stay as my booking at another location fell through. At 9:30pm the staff let me come in just to use their restroom. Then they gave me suggestions of places to stay because they were completely booked.

What a lovely find. Location is very close to CalPoly and downtown. Rooms are quiet and clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The price can't be beat either! I will definitely be returning.
