I am giving this place five stars as it is the best fast-food restaurant in Jerez! No, this does not mean that it is superior to other traditional dining establishments I have visited (that i rated four stars), but is the Lamberghini of fast food restaurants. Carl's Jr in Jerez resembles a traditional American Diner that one would find in the New York and New Jersey as the food is delivered to your table by a friendly wait staff. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are also diner quality. In fact, the quality is well above that of their locations in the U.S. In fact, if I were blindfolded and fed a value meal (burger, drink, and fries) I would assume I was in a restaurant or American Diner: it's that good!

I'm not sure if they were busier than usual due to today being close to the holiday but our experience today was not good. We put in our order at the kiosk at 1453 and received our food at 1615 and sadly it was cold. Honestly I felt so sad for the employees, they were getting yelled at by everyone and the food just wasn't moving. Recommend more staff or being honest with the customers how long it will be. A while after we put in our order they started telling people in line it would be over an hour wait which was great, let people make the decision if they can wait that long. When we left I used the ladies restroom and there was no toilet paper and no hand soap available. The staff was 90% women today, where are they getting soap to clean their hands before touching/preparing the food? The guy with the the beard was working so hard and keeping such a great attitude even as the ship was sinking, that guy deserves a raise!

Really good experience! Starting with the host (Angela), the food and the atmosphere. We will be back.

Love it here, always have. Adore the staff, they're always so happy and polite. The service is super quick and all of the food is fresh, delicious and with flavour.

Nice clean outlet which we tried for the first time. Great idea to have table service which makes the dining experience better. Food was well prepared and hot which is not what you find with other similar fast food chains.. A good experience all round... Please switch the air-conditioning though it was too warm.

This is the best fast food restaurant in Cadiz. We had excellent service from Almu. The restaurant is clean. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and attentive.
