I’ve not been so disappointed in food for a long time. I’m just thankful ONE of the staff were able to look us in the eyes and smile a little bit. Everyone else was miserable or didn’t even look in our direction. We had ordered one chicken curry, one lamb curry, and some mozzarella sticks. I think the best thing to come out of all this was the drinks and maybe the dog getting the lamb although I’m not even sure if the dog ate it. I don’t understand the context of what was happening in the kitchen but when I saw one staff open a tub, and another sniff and wince I wasn’t filled with confidence that the food was safe for human consumption. The chicken curry was grim and bland while the chicken was so brittle and wet it didn’t absorb any sauce, the sauce itself was like that out of a cheap box. I had to give it to someone else, I didn’t want to waste it. The lamb curry wasn’t a curry at all, it was just fatty lamb with a bit of rice. Mozzarella sticks were okay at least. (Addition: I went in on the 25th from 21:53 till 23:17 with a seat for 3, asking one staff on entry if we can be seated, a different staff stepped in to help and she was the only one who spoke to us the whole night. We ordered as mentioned previously one chicken curry, one lamb shoulder curry, mozzarella sticks The staff who spoke with us didn’t bring us our drinks until the second time as she was assisting other tables, the younger staff brought us our drinks and food majority of the time, only one acknowledged us a little when we thanked them in Spanish for bringing it over. I worked and still work in food & hospitality and can understand it can be tiring but I’d be disappointed to see staff so miserable around guests only to joke and play around the corner a minute later, it felt like they didn’t want us there at all. We are now skeptical to take advice from ratings as they can be manipulated quite easily, for example, when we got our bill a card saying along the lines of “give us a rating for a free meal” will ultimately concentrate ratings more positively for the sake of a meal. I for one don’t want a free meal) Advice: get a proper uniform, hire people with decent manners, and close off the kitchen area so guests can’t see the kitchen staff screwing around with out of date food. Get rid of the incentive of free food on your business cards it’s tacky and artificially inflated reviews

Let’s start with the good. The staff is friendly, kind, helpful and very informative. They told us ahead that their dishes were pretty big and happy that they did because their plates are huge. Most of their dishes are offered in full portion or half portion. Half portion is even more than your average portion in any other Spanish restaurant so keep this in mind when ordering. Service was very fast as well and food didn’t take long to come out. Impressed. Now, food was just ok. I felt my chicken wasn’t cooked enough but I also like meat very cooked so it could just be my impression. My plate was pretty bland. The half chicken was good and the burger was good as well. Croquetas were meh meh meh. What I didn’t like at all was any of their desserts. Neither the crema catalana, the abuela cake or carrot cake were any good. Just average with the crema catalana being the worst. In general is an ok place if you don’t expect anything fancy and just expect regular food and don’t care about quality or presentation. But we were five people and ordered half portions and ended up with a check of over 110 euros. For that much I can also walk down the beach and have lunch at a chiringuito. Will I come back? Maybe but at least now I know what to expect.

Really nice food and service. We loved their Rabo de toro. Their Carrillada was nice too. Especially the rice and fries are worth mentioning 😊 It’s a typical Spanish restaurant, more of a terrace with walls. Don’t be fooled by that, in Spain it’s all about the food & people! 💪🏻 Really big portions, we had the 1/2 raciones, more than enough per person, as other people mentioned here…

The service was AWFUL! I ordered lamb chops and my other 3 family members ordered pork chops and pork ribs. They served their dishes quickly but mine. My family had started eating and after 40 MINUTES WAITING, mine still didn't come yet. We asked the waitress THREE times, ended up they said they ran out of lamb chops and asked me to change dish. If we hadn't asked them, I would have still be waiting for my dish. VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

Lovely restaurant.,there is a nice chilled and friendly vibe in here,no luxuries or hype about the place,just good food,excellent waitresses,very clean and very good service.Will repeat 100%

Fantastic food, portions are massive and really cheap. Good service can get really busy so my have to wait to be seated
