I
read
a
lot
of
reviews
before
selection
and
should
have
listened
to
the
ones
who
said
this
hotel
was
“dated”
and
needed
“remodel”.
When
you
first
walk
in
it
smells.
Like
old/
dirty
carpets
with
lots
of
deodorizing
spray
that
didn’t
work.
I
wanted
to
suggest
they
at
least
bake
some
cookies
throughout
the
day
to
make
it
more
palatable
but
fear
it
would
make
a
bad
smell
worse.
The
room
was
the
same.
Thankfully
I
brought
room
deodorizing
spray.
I
took
my
shoes
off
in
the
room
and
my
feet
stuck.
It
is
as
clean
as
it
can
be,
surely
thanks
to
the
cleaning
staff’s
hard
work
BUT
it
is
beat
up,
dark,
and
very
outdated.
Throughout
the
room
there
were
patched
holes
in
doors,
dirty
but
uncleanable
grout,
small
stains
on
wall
and
curtains.
As
others
mentioned
the
AC
is
pretty
noisy.
I
left
the
fan
on
constantly
to
try
to
drown
out
the
noise
when
the
ac
compressor
kicked
on
but
didn’t
really
work.
I
legit
thought
bullfrogs
were
chirping
outside
the
window
when
it
fist
turned
on.
It
was
just
a
sad
room,
hallways
etc.
Work
colleagues
staying
on
2nd
and
3rd
floor
said
the
same.
The
only
thing
walkable
is
a
gas
station
across
the
street.
Which
helps
because
they
don’t
have
a
small
pantry
for
small
items,
water
or
drinks.
I
travel
a
fair
amount
and
stay
at
Hampton
Inns
and
other
Hilton
properties
usually.
This
is
probably
the
most
poorly
maintained/
updated
I’ve
stayed
at
this
year
in
8-9
Hampton
stays.
The
hotel
staff
were
friendly
and
breakfast
was
good
but
typical
Hampton
inn
food
nothing
extraordinary.
This
was
nowhere
near
worth
the
price
and
we
had
a
govt
rate.
