It was my first time here, and I have to say the experience was enjoyable. We had help with ordering on the kiosk from a nice gentleman, patiently explaining how to order and how to make several combinations on one plate. It was super clean and new inside, and the bathroom was clean as well. The food itself was pretty tasty, similar to Caribbean food. The portion was just right. You eat out of a white Styrofoam to-go box with plastic cutlery. The drinks are Pepsi products and tea. I believe we paid $10.99 for one portion, consisting of two smaller compartments with white rice and mac and cheese and a choice of meat. Julie was kind and helpful (in the picture) and seemed to enjoy her work of helping and making customers happy! Oh, we also bought a T-shirt for $8. They come in grey, purple, and orange colors with various logos and prints of the place. They also played Hawaiian music, which was overall enjoyable with a few less enjoyable songs in there, sounding a bit like old-fashioned opera.

Exceptionally fast service, with plenty of ways to order. Every time I come here the food comes quick and is perfect temperature. Of course the flavours are fantastic, still 2 more options for me to try. You must try the Mac and cheese, it's absolutely amazing. The drinks here are unique and incredibly flavorful. Courtney was great :)

First time here. Super great food. Jessica at the counter helped me navigate my way as a first timer. She was super nice and helpful. So good! Also the cantaloupe beverage is delicious

First time in a Hawaiian Bros Island Grill. If my experience was any indication the rest of the franchise, I can understand why they've been so successful. Bright, super clean dining area and restrooms. Though we only had softies and a mitsubi, it reminded me very much of musubi I would get from 7-Eleven (always fresh and delicious) on the Hawaiian Islands. The soft serve reminded me of our visit to the Dole Plantation. In the future we will go out of our way to get the soft served. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. The real star of our visit was the cashier/server who waited on us. Super into his job and made us feel very welcome (he definitely had the Aloha spirit). If he's not a profit sharing employee, he should be.

The food here is a must have. Incredibly good and the portion sizes are quite big. Employees are always very welcoming and friendly. genesis especially is always giving top notch customer service. They give awesome high fives . Whole restaurant is a 10/10

Always a delight in take out and dine in. Food is always good, no complaints on that end of the deal. If I had to offer one suggestion about what could be Improved, I’d say the survey. I’d suggest updating the “ Which dishes do you recommend?” section by adding more answer choices, such as other proteins on menu to it. Other than that, keep doing what y’all doing and hope to see y’all in other geographic locations.

Today was my first time visiting Hawaiian Bros. I haven’t eaten Spam in over 10 years since I lived in Hawaii. The Musubi doesn’t taste salty or like Spam. You have a very sweet flavor that makes it definitely worth trying. I couldn’t decide what to eat so I picked an option for their mixed plate. I chose the Huli Huli chicken & Molaki chicken. The Huli was just a sweater teriyaki style chicken perfect for anyone. The Molaki was only a level 1 spicy. There is a hotter version available which I’ll have to try next time. Portion size was decent on the meats, but you do get a lot of rice on the plate. Speaking of rice this rice was very fluffy and I craved more after finishing up. I’m not a fan of macaroni salad so swapped it for vegetables. There was a lot of red onion, if you’re not a fan then I would recommend getting a side of pineapple instead. The Dole whip was very delicious if you like tart pineapple flavor you’ll love it here! The juices that were available lacked sugar you’re better off getting a fountain drink or their tea. Service was very fast, interior was very very bright. Overall can’t wait to try the other items on the menu next time I’m in town!!!!

We loved the food and the atmosphere was great. Our son had the original Huli Huli, my wife and I both got the (spicy) Kilauea, I got the low carb plate and the veggies were the best fast food veggies I’ve ever had. Julie was our server/hostess and she was great!

Such a nice place! Greeted by Bella upon walking in, and she was super nice and helpful as first time customers. The food was amazing & such a great value. I love that I have gluten free options. Definitely coming back.

The workers there were very helpful. It was our first time there, and they helped us with what and how to order. We ordered the spam musubi and oh my, so yummy. We ordered the teriyaki chicken and the molokia chicken. Both were really good too. The agave cream soda is definitely a must.

Well what a delightful surprise this place turned out to be. From the moment we walked and was greeted by Julie. Her energy and enthusiasm was infectious: I love people like that: she need a raise. This was my first time here with my mom, the food was great. Very beachy vibes with cool decor: will definitely be back.

Came here today for my free Veterans day meal. Gen was very polite and gave off a beautiful vibe. I absolutely love how fast the food was brought out. Not to mention how delicious it was. Thank you for supporting me and my fellow veterans.

Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is a must stop if you're in the mood for delicious Hawaiian dishes!! This was our first time here and will definitely return when in the area. The atmosphere is very cozy and comfortable also. I highly recommend this place for your next meal.

Edit: Visited again today to get some 'Dole whip' which is something we love when we go to Disney parks. Took two of my daughters and my two granddaughters. Staff was absolutely amazing and so attentive. Definitely will keep coming back! OMG I can't believe I waited so long to try this place! Thanks to Javen and the manager I was able to get food that worked for my specific needs and it was soooooo good! Thank you to the employees for being so incredibly helpful and taking so much time to educate me on your menu and help me find just the right thing to order. I will definitely be back.
