12/27/23: Today we went down to purchase a pair of sunglasses for me (Christmas present) at Sunglass Hut, premium side of the San Marcos Outlet Mall. Oksana was a perfect customer representative, kind and helpful. When we realized my face could truly only fit into a kid’s frame, she did not try to pressure us into a more expensive and nicer pair in adult size. She found every kid choice in the store for me to choose from. Truly an old fashioned level of customer service, a pleasure to work with her. I would have purchased a more expensive pair of glasses if they would have fit. If she’s working on commission, I hope her manager gives her a bonus!! 💕. I highly recommend visiting this location if you are after a nice pair of sunglasses

I found a great deal in the clearance aisle. The staff at the San Marcos outlet mall. Location was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and I would definitely go back to buy more sunglasses from this location.

They just scratched my Dolce and Gabbana sunglasses because he “had to use the tool for the repair”, but hey, he “can use his hands to fix it the next time”… not only where they scratched but the leg that was working perfectly was bent to match the one that was bent! If this is how you will fix things, please tell the customer beforehand … I would have told you to not touch my sunglasses.

Horrible customer service with a worst manager I have ever encountered in a store. Paid to get my lenses replaced. But after almost an year I didn’t have them delivered. politely request to talk to the manager to find out more information since the employees doesn’t have any information about it but she refused to talk to us and stayed hiding in an employee room. We politely asked her to come out from that room and help us with this matter but she yield at us saying if we can not wait, she is going to throw my lenses to garbage when they arrived. Well, we requested to cancel the order, then she came out from the room angry and cancelled my order saying that she is still going to throw them in garbage. I can’t believe she still works in the store.
